So slow about changing tires. It took them well over an hour to change 4 tires.... Other tire shops are done in less than 20 minutes.

Bought camper tires here and they couldn't even mount them. Need to hire workers that know about tires. Went down the road to GATEWAY tire service had them mounted in bout 3 minutes.

Service was great they just forgot to leave my tires in the vehicle like I asked. I called every location in Shreveport Bossier and this was the only location that picked up.

Don't call this automotive department. They don't know how to look things up. I called several other Walmart Automotive centers looking for available keys for my vehicle. All the others were able to look it up on the computer. This one said they couldn't look it up; have to have the key and put it in their machine before they could tell if they have the blank. I'm not driving 30 miles one way just to be told they don't have it. Seriously, they surely have the same equipment as all the other Walmart automotive centers. Even after I told her the other Walmart Stores could look it up, she insisted she had to have the key in her machine.

Mike Doty, auto care center manager, helped me out in bind. He even stayed past close at 7 PM to finish work on my truck. I’m on the road a lot and it is critical to have my vehicle running good. Mike is a stellar example of what a Walmart Auto Care Center Manager should be.

Best Walmart auto care center I've ever used. Damien in his co-workers were great. I got there about 10:30 and was gone in a half hour. Fastest Walmart oil change ever.

Don't. Just think about it. Walmart employees touching the mechanism that allows you to safely travel at high speeds down the road. I wouldn't trust most I've talked to in the past month with a butter knife or spork. Sorry but yall got a bad rap. Looks like your sorry on customer services and even worse at coming by the motivation to get up off a stool and turn a wrench. Have a good day. Go elsewhere for "service"

No one knows who's in charge. Everyone acts like they know more than everyone else and not one person had any personality. They could care less about being a service to anyone with the attitudes that they portray.. it's absolutely sad and a travesty that a business is run where people are meant to feel like the server is doing them a favor. They charge you for their services

Terrible customer service and knowledge. Nobody wants to do anything you ask. They find any reason not to work. Multiple occasions they have put me off or told me they would do something only to ride the clock and leave after. The worst employees I've ever met...

Came by at 3:30 p.m. to get a battery for my car and was promptly refused because they don't have enough people with nobody in line in the tle service area. Not even a single car in their Bay . Don't bother using this store for any reason because they are just plain trash

Went to Walmart in Blanchard for an oil change. It was 30 minutes before they closed. I could tell they were ready to close shop, but I needed the oil change as I was set to travel the next day, but I should have just went on and waited. The tech tells me it takes about 30 - 45 minutes to do the oil change, so I go for it. I went in, it took a while for the cashier to come to the register to ring me up. He finally does and I go into the store to pick up a few items. About 15 -20 minutes I get the text that they're done. I go to Automotive and say "that was much shorter than the time he told me." The same tech that quoted the time to me is sitting there all leaned back and chilling looking and says "I usually overquote the time to allow for if anything goes wrong." So I pay and leave. Get home, park in the drive way and go inside. After a while I come back out and sit outside watching my granddaughter play and bend down and see a little puddle under the car. I think that must be water. A little later I look back under and notice it's not running like water, it's sitting still. So I pull the car out to take a look and it was dark colored so I reach down & touched it...it was oil. No oil leak before I took it in, so I was upset. Called Walmart back and Automotive was closed. Asked for a manager to speak to. Justin front end manager picked up. He was super nice and apologetic and advised that Automotive manager was gone for the night, but would return @11 a.m. the next morning and I could come right in & speak with him about the issue. I did and Brandon, Automotive Manager, was super nice. He looked at my pictures and apologized for the mishap and even tried to explain about oil filters and the way they fit in, etc. He wanted his techs to take it back in to see where the leak was coming from. I told him I'd feel more comfortable taking it to my dealership to have it checked. He understood and said if anything was wrong or needed to be fixed, just bring the bill to him & he would take care of it (very generous & AWESOME customer service from Manager). Long story short I go to my dealership, tech there tells me I have a plate under my car that prevents dirt & debris from getting up in my engine and when the oil was drained, some of it drained into that plate and that's where the drip was coming from. He emptied the plate and said I shouldn't have anymore issues. They didn't charge me anything for the service so I was happy about that.. So far no more issues, so I guess alls well that ends well. All this to say, I won't be going back to this Wal-Mart again for an oil change. Period.

The tire guys were super helpful. My attire could not be repaired but they filled with air and made sure. I could get to my next location.

The techs are an absolute joke. They seriously wouldn’t know the difference between an oil pan and a frying pan. LAZY is an understatement. If these techs had moved any faster they’d probably hurt themselves. DO NOT take your vehicle here for any reason. As a former Wal-Mart TLE Tech, I was appalled! The one rude tech I dealt with found a reason to NOT put a tire on my vehicle. This is the second time I was denied a tire simply over their laziness. Old lazy tech said “Looks like your missing lugs?” No, they are all there, are you? Finally after picking apart my tire work, I let them have it with both barrels . These idiots couldn’t air a tire, let alone change one! They will look for reasons to not do any work on your vehicle!!! Save yourself a headache and stay away! Go to Mavis at Pines & 70th. They WILL take care of you and not treat you like an inconvenience!!
