Horrible, communication for the workers terrible. Try to charge 600 to do a tire at their shop plus 150 a hour cause the workers didn't know how to change tire

This guy has the worst customer service ever! He’ll tell you one price and then try to charge you another! I’ve never seen someone get so upset bc a receipt was asked for. This is one company I would never recommend to anybody

My ac went out in Arkansas. I called Tim and he told me what he could do to get me by, or what he would do if it was his, and replace all the ac parts. I opted to get it done right. He took me to his shop, and worked his tail off till it was done and blowing cold! This guy knows his stuff!

freaking treatment with costumers, real "man" working there named Tim. he used bad words and did not let me explain my end and hung up the phone. I called to talk couple times but did not answer. Mr Tim you have a "lion heart". I appreciate that and "good" luck on your business.

Our 26' box truck's drive shaft broke off 45 minutes away from Tim's shop. If found his number on google and from the first interaction I experienced the best customer service I have ever received in the auto industry/anywhere. Tim guided me through the process as this was our first break down of this caliper, answered all my questions, gave our driver multiple rides (to hotel for the night, to and from rental shop place (thank you to his girlfriend as well for a ride!), gave me transparent pricing, and alerted me of issues/sent pictures and videos of negligence caused by the previous repair shop so I could contact them about being reimbursed. The truck was done in record time and we were able to get back on the road before my driver was even back to Texas. I highly recommend his services and expertise!

I found Tim on a Google search about 3 or 4 years ago. The guy we had been using, Mitch Laborde, was a thieving mongoloid so we were desperate to find his replacement ASAP. We have a mixed fleet of around a dozen commercial vehicles and during this time he has done about 95% of our non-warranty work. Oil changes, tires, breaks, air leaks, air conditioners, electrical issues, clutches, engine rebuilds, transmission replacements, and more. He's done it all. I don't have an exact figure, but I'm guessing it's somewhere in the ballpark of half a million dollars worth of mechanic work, possibly more. And I notice the two or three negative reviews had a 60 second phone conversation with him and would then presume to write his life story. I actually have enough experience with him to credibly comment on his work, and I'm telling you Tim Erickson is a damn fine mechanic. He gets on it quickly and doesn't stop until he's properly completed the job. We don't have send backs. His invoices are transparent. And this is how I know Sheniquia is being dishonest, or at least mistaken. It's actually the thing about him I appreciate the most. He itemizes everything--parts and labor. Along with another employee, I scrutinize every invoice and we've never found anything that was questionable. He is not a bottom shelf mechanic, so yea, he is a little higher than some. But there are plenty more expensive. And it saves money in the long run because your productivity isn't being interrupted in order for him to readdress what should have already been fixed. He's gotten us off the side of the road numerous times. He keeps our trucks operating. We've used so many mechanics that will leave our trucks sitting for weeks without even having had a single look. He NEVER does this. I don't give strong endorsements of peoples' work unless they've truly earned it. And that's exactly what he's done for the past several years. He's solid.

I broke down in Minden, LA, and tried calling several mechanics. Tim was the only one who answered the phone and right away said that he could help me. He drove to me from Longview, TX and picked me up from my hotel. He took me someplace so I could get something to eat, then we went to the truck. Right away, he knew what was wrong, and we went and got parts. We got back to the truck, and within 20 minutes, I was back on the road. I was expecting to spend a lot more than what he charged me. Then, later today, he called me just to check on me to make sure I was doing good. Tim is a hell of a guy. I was a long way from home and I was looking for any help I could get. Tim came through. Anybody looking for not only a good mechanic but a genuinely good dude should give him a call. He did more than he had to and I appreciate it.
