Worst experience ever… I drive a Dodge Charger R/T 5.7 here and I brought my car in for alignment and front passenger wheel work. They quoted me 1200 to fix, coo so I paid my deposit of 800 and waited on my car to be fixed. Took my car in with no other problems and they call me back saying my car is overheating and they can’t fix my front passenger wheel until that’s fix and I’m confused because my car wasn’t overheating when I brought it in and now that your saying it is that’s what’s stopping you to work on my TIRE??? So I asked questions like well my car wasn’t overheating fine before bringing it in so how come it’s having these problems now and why do you guys need to have the car turned on for you to work on my front passenger wheel? They then say again that it’s something they can’t just get passed and that I need to pay to get the issue fix if I want my tire fixed then quoted me another 1800 to replace my water pump, flush it, and everything. I payed the 3000 for the whole work done to get my car fixed and when I got my car back after everything my wheel still was not fixed and now my engine cover was missing from my car. I called back and explained to them that my reasoning for bringing the car in was still not fixed and my engine cover is now missing and they tell me that they do apologize about everything and that I can bring it back in for another “diagnosis” so they can seeing whats wrong with my front passenger tire AGAIN the following next week. At the time I moved to Longview so when I picked my car from them the first time I drove it back home and as soon as I made it there my car OVERHEATED and wouldn’t cut on… I’m confused because I just paid 1800 for my not to overheat when the shop found this “new problem” and it still did and now worse to the point it wouldn’t cut on. I called the shop “hey I’m confused on how at first my car wasn’t overheating when I brought it in to you guys now that since yall worked on it and told me it was overheating, I payed to fix the issue and the issue is still not fixed. So soon I had to have the car towed back to Bossier city just for them to have the car back to the shop. And after the next diagnostic they quoted me another 1100 to fix on replace my heater hoses but they still couldn’t tell me what’s the problem with my FRONT PASSENGER WHEEL. The whole reason I brought the car to them so I just took my car from them and took my car to another who can fix my heater hoses for a more responsible price of 180 dollars and now my car is back running again but I’m 3000 dollars out of pocket because I trusted the people at BROADMOOR GARAGE to work on my car and not only did they not but I got my car back in worse shape that I did bringing it in to them. At least i finally did get my engine cover back after numerous times of reminding them about them removing it and not returning it back to me.

My son is a student at Centenary and my wife and I are not from Shreveport. We live four hours away. His truck broke down and we were not sure where to bring it to get it looked at. Took a chance on Broadmoor garage because of reviews and how close it was to campus. They were extremely friendly when we arrived and assured us that we would be taken care of. I couldn’t be more happy with the professionalism and the quality work they delivered. A special thanks to Eric for helping us through this stressful event. I will definitely bring the truck back for any future problems.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Everyone was so kind and truly went above and beyond to help me with my car. Mr. Thomas took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers the way they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy, dependable service!

I had a leak turn up in my rear differential axle that needed fixing 2 days before Christmas. They got me in and finished it within the day. They sent an invoice for the repairs that turned out about half the cost that another place quoted me. I picked it up the next morning and was on my way! The people were very professional and I appreciated their quick work. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle to them for repairs from now on.

Eric and the team were very transparent with the service I needed. I could not get into the dealership for at least 2 more weeks, but they repaired it in less than 2 days. They also advised on a common issue with my Jeep, so I can plan accordingly to prevent a catastrophic failure.

Well, it's taken about a month to finally get around to review our experience with Boadmoor Garage. But I really thought it is important to do this because when ya find a good place to do business it should be shared with the neighbors and family. And, Broadmoor fits the bill exponentially! We had to have new tires on our Dodge Ram truck, and if you're like me, this is a task that's one of those things that counts as real pain because from start to finish, from the first moment ya realize it's really wa IYy past time to feel safe on the tires you're riding on and the moment ya go to pick it up, it's laying in the back of your mind bubbling up with all kinds of stressful paranoid skin itches, fast turning into a rash of worrisome mental pain. At least that's what it is like to me. I don't know anything about tires, and that's about all I kno w, as a retired English professor, about cars period. And, I didn't know anything about Broadmoor Garage either, other than it was just around the corner and looked very clean on the outside. I'll cut to the chase though and just say I didn't have a bad experience there at all! In fact I had a seamlessly good experience there. Everybody was kind and genuinely s miled when I went there. So, everybody likes to work there and that's the first sign that any new tires I might get won't blow out just after turning into my driveway. No, seriously, the service was genuinely great. Thomas Hornor, is a take no prisoners kind of manager with a good sense of humor, and a big guy too. Well, when I first drove the truck when I got it back, I tell ya it rode like my Cadillacs I used to drive before I was in an elevator accident back in 1992 that destroyed the last three vertebral discs in my lower back! The Ram drives and rides like that. Trucks have come a long way, right? At 77 years old with arthritis on top of the accident, I need that kind of "smooth" on Louisiana highways. And Mr. Honor had promised me he'd try to balance everything so my ride would let me nap on the way to Lake Charles if I wanted, and he turned out to be a man of his word. Ya can't get better than that, and the cost, well, let's not get into that beyond saying I'll pay it to get the ride I needed. Anyway, I promi sed him I was going to give Broadmoor a good review because he really showed me that he had worked hard to be a man of his word. Hard to find in this day and age! So, thanks to everybody there who made what could've been a stressful experience a smooth ride. Lol! Really, I knew Broadmoor was a good choice when he delivered my vehicle to me right here at home! Good man!

I loved how thorough they were while diagnosing my truck, and when they found the issue they promptly fixed it and were very detailed in explaining their work. While it was a little on the pricey side, they were more than happy to accommodate since I told them I was on a budget. Very good local business that deserves all the success they have. Will definitely be back for future repairs.

My wife and I had just moved to Shreveport from Missouri two months ago. I took our 2011 Nissan Maxima to the local dealership for an oil change. We bought the Nissan new in 2011 and have always tried to take good care of the car. Soon after the oil change, warning lights came on saying “service engine soon” and “ maintenance needed check oil “. Oil levels looked good and I took the car back to the dealership in Bossier and after they had it for almost a whole day, they weren’t able to find the cause for the warning lights. They asked me to bring the car back in a couple of days to keep tracking down the problem. I was finally told that I had low oil pressure and correcting the problem would cost 5 to 6 thousand dollars. I declined and was asked if I would like to talk to a salesperson about a new car. I made an appointment with Broadmoor Garage to get another opinion and soon after I dropped the car off I got a text from Eric at Broadmoor letting me know that they had checked the vehicle out and there were no mechanical issues. The warning lights were the result of mistakes when the oil was changed at the dealership. I will be taking my vehicle to Broadmoor from now on. Great job!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric, Steven, and Tina at Broadmoor Garage, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. Their attention to detail, commitment to integrity, and transparent pricing exceeded my expectations. The timing of the service was also impressive, getting me back on the road quickly. I left feeling satisfied and confident in their work. I highly recommend Broadmoor Garage to anyone in need of automotive service, and I will definitely be back!

Several people told me to check out Broadmoor Garage, from start to finish everything went smoothly. Eric was the person that assisted me, he was very helpful from start to finish. I was sent the findings from my diagnostic tests along with price quotes and pictures. They definitely offer quality work, I will return to get more work done and would recommend others.

First I want to say I should have taken my truck to a shade tree. The worst service ever and they are terrible service. This shop had my truck since May 25. They criticize the shop I had it before them for having it 2 weeks and nothing .... but this shop were worse. They over charged me dearly. The work was 7 months to put a sensor in it and $3000 to get my truck back. It is in worse shape than it was in. No I am not pleased with this Broadmoor Garage it's a rip off. 7 months for a sensor. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They overpriced me I'm think they thought if they over charged I would loose my truck it's a 20017 and they changed me more than the truck was worth rather than informing me of the price. They had the price before they fixed it. I called every month for 6 months! They are crooks and I would not ever use anything Broadmoor. Sorry y'all not keeping my truck with a lien on it. I am very disappointed. I am a business owner too. Poor work. The worst

I have used Broadmoor Garage numerous times through the years, and they do good work, however they have become more and more expensive over the years. Recently, I had a fuel pump go out and had my truck towed into their shop. I received a quote of just under $3,000! To repair a taillight was just under $300. An oil leak was just under $900. When I talked to the lady at the counter, I told her that there is no way I will pay that much for the work. She said, "WAIT! Let me check and I think we can get it reduced." She did and I think it was around $1,200 less. I said NO! Here is the problem; they hit you with a huge amount and if you threaten to go elsewhere, they reduce it down to just the just the "High range!" I am done with Broadmoor as I do not want to be gouged with the first quote, then have them reduce it when I complain and say I will go elsewhere. I went to a second garage, and it was quoted at around $600 plus fuel pump. This is less than 1/3 their initial quote!! I am sure the taillight will be far less also, not to mention the oil leak. Good repairs, but you may need a second mortgage!

This is the saddest review I have ever written and I post this after months of getting no action from the garage. Back in July I was on an 840 mile trip I had taken over 100 times: Troy Texas to Troy Alabama...and back. Probably 20 miles outside of Shreveport Louisiana my 2006 Toyota Avalon started bucking. I slowed down and pulled off I-20 onto the shoulder of the road. Called AAA and waited for around 2.5 hours for a tow truck to pick me and tow me to Broadmoor Garage. They were obviously a fairly large operation and were very nice to me from the moment I walked in the reception area. I booked a hotel room and they booked me an Uber ride. By the time I arrived at the hotel it was around 4pm. Within an hour the Broadmoor Rep called me and said it was a wheel-speed indicator that needed to be changed and would be around $800. They would have the part in the morning and call me when it was done. With great relief I went to bed. In the morning I get a call and the Broadmoor Rep apologetically tells me that my transmission was ruined by the failure on the interstate. I was now faced with either $5,000 for a used transmission or $9,000 for a new one. Now I had a much bigger decision to make. They presented me with an invoice of more than $800 for a repair on a car that was now inoperative. I questioned having to pay this invoice and the response was a sympathetic shrug. I ended up leaving the car with Broadmoor to sell to a junkyard for $350. I signed my title to Broadmoor and they NEVER sent me a check for the scrap value. I would be willing to bet that they pulled the wheel-sensor off the car IF they sold it to the junkyard. They could have done that for me... I witnessed 2-3 unhappy customers when they were presented with invoices that were HIGH. In the end, I am an unhappy customer. I would never take another car to Broadmoor. Big operation - a lot of overhead - Friendly, but sneaky expensive - Untrustworthy IMO.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to witness the quality of work that Broadmoore Garage had to offer due to the extent of my trucks diagnostic procedure, however, I did get to witness the professionalism of Ms Tina. She put forth every effort she could to assist me with other options I presented to her. Thanks Ms Tina! In this day and time it’s rare to engage with someone as friendly and professional as you. And for that I’m am thankful. Give that sweet lady a raise!!😉

I’ll preface with this is not a paid review, just an honest opinion. Awesome experience. My first time using Broadmoore Garage (otherwise used my dealership), and wasn’t disappointed, will now be my new garage. I had asked around about them, and everyone had nothing but great things to say. Was recommended by AAA when I had to get my car towed. Broadmoore has such a great communication system—phone calls and text messages (which you can reply to, with a prompt response). Someone answered the phone every time I called, and they were so pleasant, kind, and helpful. True customer service! They have an awesome system—once they diagnose your car, they send you a link that takes you to a page with everything listed, including photos of your car, and a video explaining the problem. First time I’ve ever seen this, and so helpful. Made me feel like they were transparent and giving me info to help me make the best decision. I had to have my coolant system replaced, and they did it in about 24h. They also have a service where they will pick you up to get you to the garage to pick up your car. Can’t say enough good things about them! 10/10 recommend. Thank you BG for being top notch.

Fake reviews on the google search so go check their Facebook reviews. 0/10 if you actually want your car fixed. Had my car for 2 months and didn’t finish what they were paid to do twice. Almost had to send it back a third time but thankfully my warranty company gave the next auto shop the green light to go ahead and fix my car. Also, record y’all phone convo if y’all still go to them. Eric lied about conversations with my warranty company so idk be careful. My advice, save time and take your car to a competent mechanic.
