This is the worst transmission shop to go to in Shreveport. He lied about fixing my transmission and never call to communicate the issue with my car. He had my car 2 months at his shop and never fixed it. I had to get it towed from his shop to Orr Nissan so they could fix my transmission and get it programmed to my car which he couldn’t do in 2 months. He had my car from the beginning of February to April I just had it towed yesterday. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP AND LET HIM FIX ANYTHING ON YOUR CAR HE WILL HAVE YOUR CAR FOR MONTHS EVEN IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY COMPANY PAYING YOUR BILL. Cause he sure couldn’t fix my 2016 Nissan Altima in 2 months

If I could give six stars, I would honestly whatever negative comments are on here disregard. Between both my brother and I, this shop saved us a lot of money and did a fantastic job. 10 Stars is more like it! I learned of this repair shop through my warranty company. I am very happy I chose T.E.C. Automotive. Anthony is an upfront, honest, and professional businessman. Him and I thoroughly discussed the issues with my transmission and immediately came up with the best solution to have my vehicle up and running in a reasonable time frame. Remind you, I’m a customer from out of town and was just in search of an honest, no bs mechanic. He definitely delivered. I've had several things done here at TEC Automotive to various different vehicles that have been foreign and domestic. I've always gotten a great price and they've always done great work. I've had AC work, starter replacement, complete cam swap and rebuild and have always been happy with the results. I will use their services again as needed, and I recommend others do the same. They have the best price around and very friendly, thorough service
