They were not to busy at the time I was there. I came in for a new tire. There was one car on the lift. But I was helped fast. However I did have to go in and ask. No one came to the car to see why I was there. They also do other work.

They r total fraud. Last year I changed all new part of my Van front part from them & pay for new. But these fraud not even put a single new but same old by fixing them little and charge me hell of money for new parts. They are Fraud

Just the most friendly people up there. They do honest work, dont squeeze you for every dollar in your pocket. I had more wrong than I could afford to fix as it turned out and they broke it down for me as far as what needs to be fixed now and what could wait til next check. Will be going back for anytjibg I need fixed that they can do! Thanks Christina and Matt!

Awesome, best alignment shop in town. Took my truck there after paying $20 at Gateway and them telling me they couldn't align it. Mr. Bobby at Service Tire got me hooked up and driving straight. Will ALWAYS get my vehicles aligned here. Highly, highly recommend them.

Service has gone downhill so bad. put the wrong part on my car and when we took it back they told us we needed yet another part. Well I got a second opinion + it fixed somewhere else. Came back to service tire for my refund and they said we should ebroughr the car back. Which we did 🙄 after 2 days of having to drive up there they finally gave me a full refund. I definitely could have been in an accident or my car be beyond repair for the mess up.

I went in for a front end alignment, no one in the bay, so I'm excited, this will be quick. I was told to come back tomorrow at 8, first come first serve. I looked at my watch, it's 8:30, so I can't get it done today at all, "Sorry, come back in the morning", with two guys in the shop small talking. 🤷🏾‍♀️ It's all good, I still got it taken care of but somewhere else, I was the first one and was gone in no time! 😓☺️

Super friendly staff! We were traveling across country and had an air valve leak on our camper tire. They were able to get us in as soon as we got there. We also had a very slow leak on the truck tire and asked if they could take a look at it. They fixed both issues and we were in and out in an hour.

Went to get a alignment. Left and realized that my vehicle was pulling to the right, instantly went back to get it corrected. Owner was very snarky and rude. Undercover racism is what I took from it. He told her to give my keys back because it had been two months since service. I had just gotten service 10 minutes earlier. Watch who you support and spend your money with. They also called the police, but I eventually received a refund. Terrible people, I will never return.

The worst auto shop to visit ! They gave me the run around for 4 days straight instead of just telling me their mechanic is booked up, instead Christiana told me come this day at 8 AM he will be able to work on your car. However when I get here now it’s “oh he has other jobs to do I can call you but he also leaves at 1pm.” Like are you serious! Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend trying to schedule any auto work to be done.

At the age of 36 I have grown so much patience so believe me when I say I have been nothing but kind and patient but this place really doesn’t deserve 4 stars I have been her 4 times as a walk in early mornings no later the 9 am bc I’ve came soon as I’ve dropped the kids off at school and I’ve set here until pick up time 2 getting the kids out of school and not once have my car been seen. So here I am now thinking my 5 time would be different bc I’ve made an appointment which my appointment was for 12:30 and I arrived about 12:15 it is now 2:01 and my car has not been touched. So if any reads this please send help other affordable trust worthy car service companies

They lied to my face. Checked my truck and said they needed to find the parts and price them and would contact me once found. When I hasn’t heard anything after more than two days I called to follow up. Now none of the employees I spoke to remembered me of my vehicle. Okay. That’s your story?? Reading other reviews made me realize I’m not crazy. This was intentional because of the hue of my skin. Don’t be cowards and waste people’s time. If you don’t want black folks business say that up front.

A good overall place for a fix and a flat. Picked up few screws in each tire, received several plugs in each tire where the screws were removed. Service was not fast by any means. Don't expect a in and out place. Lobby looked like a thrift store/dollar tree cause it had some unusual things for sale inside plus multiple rolls of tires stacked on floor. (Looked like a r&r inside) limited seating because of all the tires. The counter clerk was a lady and wasn't very professional to me (even though I was told to come over from the city) I was polite and she had a crudge and such snobbiness towards me. Best to travel somewhere else. Drive further down to them amigos. You'll have better luck there.
