The crew at Tire Crew is exceptionally pleasant, professional & efficient. I've bought tires here & bought the service plan, & they've fulfilled that very well. I've come here for a tire leak & they fixed it quickly. I'm here now getting spark plugs & they said it'll take 2 ½ hours so I'll let you know at 11 of they got done early! I did make an appointment so they could have ordered the parts yesterday but they didn't. 🙁 But they did take my car to the service in a few minutes so I think that wasn't a long delay. 10:10 they're done! 😊😊

Well I’m learning love Kade and Brian (I think ) front counter they try to help me they know my job is driving all day long so they do try to give me a good experience and get me out of their hair and help me get the things I need to keep going so I can say that I was a little mad about the tire warranty. I thought I had the all-around warranty. I did not so it cost me $250 for a tire. I was not happy but we worked through it and they are supposed to be. Tire off sending my tire off and I do want to see the copy of the paperwork and seeing if they will help me because it was a Tire manufacturing problem but anyway we got it all straight and did my oil change and I think everything else was good. I got my brakes checked. They remembered everything that I asked them and I’m halfway through them so I’ve got a little time on that But other than that I love wanting to support. I think this is my second year maybe since I’ve been doing business 2023 the end of that all of 24 and all of 25 it’s almost gone so I I’m just trying to build a relationship with the guys to know that I need my car. I wanted to come in here and say how much I appreciate the owner of Tire Crew. He is so nice and informative! When I walk into any kind of auto shop I always feel dumb simply because I’m a woman lol. This was not the case the past two times that I’ve gone! I got an inspection sticker the first time and told him that I thought my tires were bad. He gave me a quote on my two front tires that needed replacing. I went back yesterday to get the tires. He could have easily told me that all of my tires were bad and screwed me over and I would have believed it. But I love that he was honest and that goes such a long way. I appreciate that so much. So I’m just here to say that my experience was great and you should all go there! I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

My family has been going to Tire Crew for years now and they have always treated us well. I had an issue come up with wanting to find a different brand to try out and Mr Kenny took my info and said he’d look into it. Got a call that afternoon with a choice of several different options and prices. Also, they found a hairline crack in one of my rims and immediately touched base with me with a plan on how to save LOTS of money so I wouldn’t have to go purchase a new rim from the manufacturer and saved me quite a bit of money. So yeah, highly recommend their business.

I can’t say enough good things about this tire shop. The service has been absolutely excellent every time I’ve gone in. The front desk staff are incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. They take the time to explain things clearly and are always honest about what’s needed. One time I came in with an issue they don’t even handle, and instead of just turning me away, they referred me to someone who could help and even called the guy for me.
