Clutch went out, called company and asked them if they did this service work, girl says they do but won’t get a chance to look at it til next week. So I tow my truck there. Everything Sounds reasonable, I get a call the following Monday and they say that they can’t fix it, but they are charging me a $105 service fee for the diagnosis. Then runs my card and runs it for $125. I call back and lady says “this is Shreveport and there is a 10% sales tax on everything.” Clearly not good at math I explain this doesn’t add up still. She condescendingly tells me I can pick up my ticket and it’ll be on there. So I towed the truck to another company at my expense again. I’m in for $350 and nobody has began work on my vehicle. All of which wouldn’t have happened had they done their job properly. What a joke of a company

We left New Orleans heading for Dallas after hurricane Ida. About 30 miles outside of Shreveport, my tire light came on. We made it to Shreveport and pulled into a gas station when and I noticed I had a large nail in my tire. In a panic and with 4 (that's right 4) hot dogs in the car we located Moore's. These guys were fantastic. Patched my tire up in about an hour, even though they were very busy and understaffed. They didn't charge us, and wished us a safe journey. So nice to know there are compassionate, great folks like this out there.

It is so very refreshing to have a business you can trust. I was told by the dealership my tire needed to be replaced and that a patch wasn't possible. I am glad I looked for a second opinion. Moore's Goodyear was fast, friendly and most of all trustworthy. They could have easily said I needed a new tire for a sale but they put the customer first. Thank you! I will be back for all of my vehicle needs.

When my Jeep was overheating on 31-32, I pulled off and went in to try and get it serviced. Even though they totally don't work on the problem it had, they helped me out anyways, put water in it and got me back on the road ... for free. Literally so nice and helpful.

I would give Moore's a Zero, but then I could not post my horrible experience with viewers seeking "customer input". I too was lured by their (underserving) rating. I spoke to William, the manager about servicing my car for rear bushings. They agreed the bushings needed replacement and my car would be ready in 2-3 days. Two weeks later the car was ready. We packed the family up and headed out to Houston Texas. About 1 hour into the drive the car was shaking and making a loud thumping sound. We returned to Shreveport and took the car back to Moore's. I was told the bushings needed to to be replaced again, along with the shocks. I called the owner, Don Hutchinson, 3 times and never had a return call. Again William told me the car would be ready in 2-3 days. Five days later it was ready and was charged a second time for bushings. Their explanation was double talk and we were left to deal with William. Our car repair was horrible. They charged us twice for the same twice. Horrible repair. Horrible customer service. Beware.

Had to bring our RV in as the steer tire was leaking air. We called on Thursday and talked to Mike he was very helpful on the phone. We thought we would need a new tire. We drove over on Friday after checking out the tire etc. he and his team found it to be a cracked rim. His crew went to work immediately and out a new rim on. Excellent service and work. We were very pleased as we have to leave Shreveport tomorrow morning for other commitments. He and his team, made that happen! Thanks to the crew that worked on our RV!!!!

Let me tell you, this is the place to go for all your Auto needs. Sidney is the man and will take care of you!!! He worked with my Dad for years and is an honest and true business man! He got my brakes fixed for $500 less than what I was originally quoted by Mavis Tire. Also, he let me know it was ONLY my front brakes that needed replacing, instead of both front and rear as I was told. I REALLY appreciated that he even called me to let me know what was going on with my car, instead of me having to call and get updates as if my car never arrived like other places have done to me. I am very well pleased and will come to Goodyear and to Sidney from now on. You can trust that you will never be overcharged, and that the work will be done efficently and in a timely manner! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

We always did business with this guy, he put new tires on my rims, Chevy truck . He had some Big tires he thought would be good for my truck. Witch was good, but he probably wanted to get rid of them , is what I was thinking. Anyway he put them on the rims, and said "wow I had a hell of a time to get the beads to seat" so anyway, they have never held air for any length of time. I thought, well did you clean them up with a wire wheel or something? Or did you put bead sealer on them? The answer is no! So I've fought with these tires for years because this guy didn't do his job right. I finally brought them to a shop to get the beads sealed properly. And now they're good. Thanks for nothing Moore's tires. You suck. Sorry but it's the reality. Moors tires in Shreveport on Linwood Ave. Dissatisfied! Actually I don't think it was this actual shop, he was in a different location. So I'm sorry if I gave this shop a bad review. This guy was down the road. But I remember it was called Moore's.

Great experience with Moore's Tires this week. I took 2 service vehicles in for tire rotation and some other maintenance and they took care of me. Sidney was awesome too! Quick, efficient, price was right, and I will be bringing my other service vehicles in soon for needed mechanical and tire maintenance.
