Will never go there again I have had 2 problems with this place I just got an oil change last week and my oil light came on so I took it to another place and they told me I need an oil change and that my car doesn’t have any oil have the the benefit of the doubt the first time they will never get my service again rip off don’t deserve any stars

I inqured about getting my vehicle fix and the guy told me that he needed to keep it 2 days and it would be $600. to fix...lol . I got it fixed for $200.and it too 2 hours. I think because its tax time the are jacking the prices up, so , people need to check around before getting work done.

If the employee shows me a part and ask me would i like to purchase that part and ME as a customer say no thanks..i got someone for that..EMPLOYEE don't ask me who and it COULD damage my engine and i respond still i don't wanna puchase it and it's too much compared to what i could get it for elsewhere...i did not appreciate that at all...3/5/2024

I got my oil change done here. Somehow a month later my car started knocking and making tapping sound. My car was not sounding like that when I pulled up. I took it back up there and told them my car literally ran out of oil in less than a month. Which I still don’t see how that happen. This shop messed a brand new 2018 car up I have 64,000 miles on my car no way I should need a new engine. I took it to his brother shop on North Market. I love his shop I shouldn’t have took my car here I should have kept going to his brother shop on North Market maybe I wouldn’t be in a messed up situation now.

I just went here Saturday morning and they did a oil change and tune up and they messed my truck up and tried to act like it wasn’t the tune up but the whole time it was took the truck to a mechanic and he told me they had wires up against the manifold and that’s why it was jerking and jumping and cutting off on me

Went here for almost a year or so. Come to find out my motor blew out on a 2014 Honda accord that didn’t even have 80,000 miles on it. I was told it had something to do with my oil. Never ever will I go back to this place with none of my vehicles

I got my oil changed here and when I went to do my own oil change. They tightened the oil filter so tight that i broke two oil filter wrenches. I ended up having to use a screw driver to get it off. Poor workmanship.

We were traveling from California to Florida when a piece came loose from the bottom of our car, and we were worried there might also be a leak under the hood. We stopped here just hoping to get some insight—and instead, we were met with absolute honesty and fairness. They quickly assessed the situation, resolved the issue, and had us safely back on the road in about 15 minutes. What really stood out was that they didn’t charge us anything for their time. As travelers, it would have been very easy for us to be taken advantage of, but that couldn’t have been further from the experience we had. They were straightforward, honest, and incredibly fair. If you’re looking for a place you can truly trust, especially when you’re in a vulnerable situation on the road, this is it.
