Wanted my oil changed.l told them before they started that my drain plug was bad,as to have to be removed with vise grips and l had a new one to put back in.they said no problem but after waiting l was called back to service desk to be told that my drain plug was in too bad of shape for a wrench or socket to remove.wow

One star only because I can't leave 0 stars. They told me they had the tires I needed and then when I drove over there told me they didn't. Plus told me I couldn't get them put on that day anyways. Not very professional.

It took 3 Walmart Auto Centers to answer the phone! Wasn't too excited helping and then when I asked what the new battery would cost, she fell apart.. You have one job. Went to Kriger Battery instead ;) Out in 5 minutes.

I've came here a few times with tire issues. The first time the lady was rude and said they couldn't get to us because they were busy, they had 1 car and an hour and half before closing, luckily the young man did it for me and went around her. Went two other time and they were closed early.

I was just there to pick up some R-134a refrigerant and Randy not only gave me some great advice but he also saved me about $8 on a purchase that was under 30 bucks. He didn't have to. Could have just rang me up but he chose to pass on a little of his professional knowledge to a customer that never asked for his help. People are just awesome sometimes. Thanks again Randy.

Came here on Friday for a battery just before 10 am. The auto workers were there but they had roped off the shop, so no cars were inside, and weren't doing work on a single car and just said they weren't open yet. We waited around 30 minutes until they opened. Mind you this is not the store hours they posted online or on the auto care entrance. My rating isn't so low because they checked the tire air pressure without prompting, and didn't mind my request to see if the oil needed to be changed.

I received great service from Perone. He was friendly, helpful and patient. I only didn’t give 5 stars because it took awhile considering all I needed was one tire replaced, but I would definitely use the Walmart car services again.

Went to this location on Feb 21, 2025. I specifically asked for them to put Goodyear Reliant All-Season tires (which were in stock) and they could not follow basic instructions. They managed to put the Douglas brand tires on with the wrong dimension. I don't know if it's just ignorant Louisiana people.

Nice workers, bad at their jobs. Went in to get new tires, the guy there tells me they don't carry 21" tires but if I order them they can install them. I go online order a set to be delivered and schedule an appt. After a week I drop my car off and an hour later the same guy calls to tell me they don't do 21" tire service anymore and I'd have to take my tires somewhere else. After getting different tires for a better deal I go online and initiate a return which tells me to drop the tires off at an auto care center. Walk in to let them know and same guy says he has no idea what he's supposed to do and refers me to his boss. Boss doesn't know either and calls for his boss. After nearly an hour of back and forth in the auto center and customer service desk things were squared away and I got my refund.

Would love to leave a review but they can’t even answer the phone so I didn’t even go to them. I called 20 minutes after they opened and no one ever answered.after finally getting a hold of someone they tell me they won’t be open until 10:30 even though the website says 7:00. What a joke.

Never ever take your car here. I went in for an oil change and a day later I heard scraping under my car. Come to find out the guy didn’t put my panel cover back on correctly. I took it back to them & they said he stripped the screws, so they claim to fix it. A day later the same problem, I had my kids in the car with me & it was scraping & sparking since my panel cover is metal. I took it back and the guy said he would just take it off, and said I really didn’t need it. I called my dad & once he talk to him he took down our information and said we could make a claim since it was their fault. I’ve called & called no return, a manager is never there some hose and the older man who answer the phone doesn’t help. He said he still had my panel & would get someone to call me, no one has STILL. I even called Walmart corporate office and they haven’t called me either. So frustrating, my car is only 2 years old, brand new! I’ve gotten oil changes from Walmart for over a year and this was my first time at this location, NEVER AGAIN. I will be looking into lawyers.

My battery died during the ice storm and even though the Auto Center was not officially open at the time, Bo (manager) asked Travian (Auto Center Mgr.) to help me with a battery for my truck. Bo and Travian were both professional and considerate given my circumstances. I will continue to do business with the WalMart Auto Center on Shreveport Barksdale Blvd.
