Disappointed with recent visit to service department. They didn't perform requested service because after they test drove it they felt it wasn't necessary, even though from recent experience with the vechile I felt it was, and agreed to it. Update: My expectation as I stated to the first service representative was to have an alignment done, not as a solution to the noise. My concern was to prevent abnormal wear to a brand new set of tires. I had the alignment done locally and it was found to be out of alignment. Thanks for not charging me for the test drive.

I only have experience with their Parts Dept. (Chris is great!) and Service Dept. (Donielle is great!) as I did not purchase my truck from them, but they are still very willing to assist me. They are always very helpful and efficient. Best of all, they communicate effectively and frequently. I recently had a slight hiccup with routine maintenance service work, but Donielle, Jared, and Darren immediately stepped up and corrected the issue without hesitation. We brought our brand-new 2025 Toyota 4Runner to Yokem Toyota twice for the same issue — a squealing noise when driving in reverse, which is a known issue with the front brakes on this model. The first visit was already disappointing: we were told that parts were on backorder, but no one ever contacted us when the parts arrived. When we finally brought the car back in for the repair, the problem persisted. We were later informed that the wrong part number had been installed and that the correct parts were now on order. After waiting two more weeks with no updates, I personally went to the dealership to ask about the status. The representative then mentioned that the parts were still on backorder but that there were scrap parts available in-house, and we could proceed with the repair. I dropped the car off the next day, only to be told, “We hope this fixes the issue.” Unfortunately, it did not — the squealing noise remains exactly the same. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a brand-new vehicle. Communication has been poor, the issue remains unresolved after multiple visits, and the dealership has shown little accountability or urgency in addressing a problem that should not exist in a new car to begin with. Customers should not have to chase updates or accept temporary fixes. I expect Toyota and Yokem Toyota management to properly address this issue, ensure that the correct repair is completed, and take ownership of the customer experience moving forward

Horrible service department. Waited over 2 hours for them to evaluate my truck for a manufactuer defect in the seat and to make a key. After 2 hours was told the guy to look at the seat wasnt there and I would have to come back. Set up an appoint and brought it back in a few days later and after waiting over 6 hours (and calling 8 times to find out the status without anyone answering) was told they wouldnt be able to check it out today. Came back a third time and over 2 more hours for them to tell me that the defect in my seat was not a manufactuer defect even though there is barely 20k miles on it and no one has ever even sat on that seat. Terrible expereince.

What a great experience! We were on the road heading to South Louisiana to celebrate a late Christmas with family, when our service engine light came on. We were concerned because at the start of our trip, we ran over a 5-gallon bucket that was in the middle of the highway and were concerned that there may have been damage. We navigated to Yokem Toyota. Lisa, in the service department, hopped in and drove it a short way, with me, and quickly determined that it wasn’t damaged. The odometer had just turned over to 80,000 miles, and it was letting me know that it was time for the engine to be service or possibly a tire rotation. I’ve only had this vehicle for a few months and have already been to my Hot Springs, Arkansas dealership for maintenance, so I was sure there was damage from the road by incident. What a huge relief! Thanks Lisa for your help and for calmly checking out my RAV 4. Your help sure calmed me down!

Please make sure they add your taxes in correctly! The revenue office in my state informed me that the dealership didn't send enough for my TTL, even though it was figured in and included in my price SUPPOSEDLY. Now, I'm responsible for paying over $200 in order to receive my tags. BEWARE!

I should’ve check the reviews before taking my car here, I came this morning 9/8/25 for a oil change customer service was great buttt the service performed on my car not so great, I was driving home after the oil change when I realize a burnt oil smell, they spilled oil all over my engine bay I can’t believe they didn’t notice or bother to clean their mess.
