Sold me a car and knew the brakes was locking up,knew it was pouring oil out of it and knew it had a bad exhaust leak and told me everything was good and working on the car I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy and who ever is saying this shop is great is a liar this dude is a poor business

The owner BRANDON is VERY unprofessional, money hungry, and only has 1 worker. It will take up to a year for your car to be finished. If you have any problems with your vehicle I recommend premier auto collision !

Used him when someone ran into me and state farm had him on their list of approved service providers. I did not research him, just assumed SF had done that for me. When I got it back, it was way bad out of line, the grill and bumper were not properly installed, it was missing a wiper fluid cap, and had a bad vibration. He told me to just take it somewhere to have it aligned and he would reimburse me. But he said nothing about it being imperative that I do it without hesitation. So I drove it like this for 10 days since I had not had an opportunity to take it somewhere. And on the 10th day as I was driving home from work, the front end made a loud snap and jerked hard, almost putting me in the opposite ditch. When I called to talk to him about it, he told me that he was over cost on my vehicle and had neither the time nor money to fix these problems he was responsible for. When the next shop worked on it, they told me that he had not properly tightened and secured the nuts holding the A-arms in place. Not only is this guy unethical and a cheat, he's also dangerous.

Lengthy read but needed 11-7-2023 I sent my car to this location to get it repaired due to my car being involved in a rear ending collision. I informed State Farm & This location of the damages ( Visible & non-visible ) Back & how my transmission wasn’t going into gear (R) Reserve. I called a few more body shops before just making. This decision to send it to this location. I talked with him & he seem very responsive & direct but Once I heard how he is use to females acting a fascinating way towards him it wasn’t an immediate red flag but it become a slight particular concern for me however I didn’t let that affect business because my car was already at the shop. I went by the shop to basically get an update on my car & he mentioned it just might be a shifter or something that was causing the problem BUT THE VERY NEXT DAY I get a call from statefarm & basically what he told me the previous day he didn’t mention to statefarm at all he actually told them something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT in fact he told them that it’s unlikely that my car not going into gear had anything to do with the impact of the accident. ( 2020 Chevy malibu premier ) So I gave him a call after talking with statefarm about what he told them & this is where I lost respect for him based on stereotypical assumptions & the actions of others he said to me : How he had 122 Malibu’s come through his shop & how OTHERS cars came in with much worse damage body work than mines so it’s very unlikely that it happened from that & how he has seen multiple situations where something is wrong with folks cars & they get involved in an accident & CLAIM that the accident did it just for a insurance check. Which was EXTREMELY UNNECESSARY to say regardless of how HE might’ve felt he misdiagnosed my car. I then got my car back & took it to chevyland where they said the transmission being damaged DID IN FACT CAME FROM THE INCIDENT. He did a good job on my paint job but I would not EVER return to his shop.

My husband, Fred, and I were very pleased with the professional job that was done to restore our vehicle to its original state. Brandon and his team did an AWESOME job! It was done in a very timely manner and he worked along with our insurance company assuring us that there would be no extra out-of the -pocket costs.
