My husband told me to go here but I would recommend these people to anyone. They don’t know what they doing, don’t know how to program TPMS sensor but u a tire shop. They don’t speak English well at all and they will mess up ur wheel when changing your tire or anything!!!! Please Do Not Go Here!!!! Enter At Your Own Risk I Have Warn You!!!!!

I went to the shop by recommendation. I was given the wrong size tire and never received an apology for the issue. I was only offer to pay the difference for a new tire which is a $100. I didn't want a new tire. I was inconvienced and told to come back at 2:00 that evening. Very bad service. I will not be going back. Very bad experience.

These are lovely, honest, professional people who will take care of you at a more than fair price. To make a long story short, our dealership told us lies about a damaged rim, charged us $75 for a failed repair, damaged our rim further, and then wanted to charge us $800 to replace the rim and tire entirely. We brought our car to BK Tire for a second opinion and they fixed us up for $20!! We were basically lied to by our dealership, but the nice people at BK Tires took care of us for a more than fair price. If I ever have tire problems again, I will come to BK Tires first!

I was en route to MS, and 35 miles south of Shreveport on I-49 a tire hit a nail and went flat almost instantly. It was late afternoon and I called several tire stores after a quick Google search, but was told only "we can help you tomorrow." But Isaac at BK Tire responded immediately. My tire was an unusual size and he rushed to the warehouse, getting a replacement literally 2 minutes before it closed at 5 pm. Then he drove to where I was stranded, removed the flat, rushed back to his store with the rim to mount and balance the new tire, and he had the new tire on my car before sunset. He charged me a remarkably nominal fee. In every sense he went the extra mile for me, a complete stranger. I can't say enough good about his professionalism, competency, and genuine concern for his customers.

Watch out these tires are useless. I brought 2 used tires 2 weeks ago and they have broken belts. Mind you all I purchased 4 tires the month prior. To go in and have them change my tires and they tell me $50 is insane. Don’t shop here if you want your car to last. Oh and they broke my lug nut off of my wheel baring. If I could do 1 star I would.

Had a tire that wouldn't hold air. Went to AR The service tech came out immediately when I pulled in, I told him what was going on, he went straight to work jacking up the truck and removing the tire. He immediately found the problem, two different holes from a screw and a nail. With ease and expertise, he removed both, plugged the tire, aired it up, then replaced it. Great service, in and out, on issue was finding out when it was time to pay that they were a cash only business. Now that you have that knowledge in hand, if you have tire or wheel needs, pay them a visit to have it taken care of.
