I had new bolts and nuts on my trims recently and they completely stripped 3 of my nuts on my tires and when I asked for them to replace them they said they would and just put loose nuts on that didnt fit and couldve resulted in my tire coming off. I told them to lower the torque on their gun and showed them how and they still left it on high, absolutely will never come back

Purchased a used tire from here yesterday just for a few days until my new tires came in. Well, after the tire was put one and half way to Bossier City, my car started shaking and worse when trying to go 60 mph or coming to a stop. By the time I would have turned around to go back, they would have closed. So, I decided to go this morning before work to see if they could exchange it being that I just got it last night. The guy I spoke with looked at the tire and said "It's a bad tire!" I told him "I know that! Can you exchange it for me since I just got it last night?" He said "No!" I told him that you gave me a bad tired to begin with, so why not change it out. This man wanted to charge me another $45 for a bad tire they put on my car. I asked to speak with the manager/owner. He said that he was at home sleep. DO NOT take your car there if you want a used tire. They will not exchange it if they sell you a bad tire. I used to go there all the time and NEVER had an issue until now. We went to another tire shop and no issues. BEWARE!!!

Stay away from this guys. I took my truck with them to install two tires in the front and one in the back. As you can see on the pictures they left the front tire all loose and they scratch all my wheels. Pictures talk

Rolled into this tire shop with my truck shakin’ worse than a wagon on a gravel road. The crew here set me up with fresh rubber, balanced ‘em out, and had me back rollin’ smooth in no time. Prices were fair, folks talked straight, and they worked quicker than a ranch hand at sunrise. I’ll be comin’ back here next time my rig needs new shoes
