Called ahead and talked to roger really cool guy old school got him to straight pipe my truck prices were fair he had the tips that I wanted right in the shop they did good with the pipe was ran really good he did exactly everything that i wanted listened to everything I had to say even put on good hangers because he said they'd hold up better to me gasing it all of the time he got me right on the rack not even 10 minutes after I pulled up and got to work on it didn't take to long to get it done will be bringing my business back these guys are awesome !! And my truck sounds amazing its way better than I expected it to sound these guys really know what they are doing!

Been here twice, for catalytic converter (cat converter) issues. First was a temporary fix to keep me goin while I saved up to buy an exhaust manifold for my cat converter. Second time was to put in the new exhaust manifold. They got me taken care the right way and always at an affordable price too. Great work with even greater customer service. I was satisfied both visits and I would recommend them to anyone in need of muffler/exhaust work.

We are from Ohio and started having problems with our Kia Soul losing power while visiting family in Shreveport. We looked online at possible reasons, and found most likely was the catalytic converter and dreaded the thought of repair. I visited Lites three years ago and had an exhaust leak repaired. They only charged me $20.00. I made another visit in mid September after someone ran into my van. The catalytic converter started rattling and the check engine came on and off three times. Lites gave me a quote for repairs. I'll return to Lites after I get paid by the other party's insurance company. Lites has always treated me right.

Brought my car in for a rattle. He replaced part of my exhaust system and when I left it was still doing the same noise so I turned around and came back and he drove it and immediately figured out the problem, fixed it and even screwed down a little plastic piece for me that was hanging and had nothing to do with the job he just completed.
