I had to take a different route because they where overloaded so i had to try someone else that was a bad mistake but as always they nailed it and placed my vehicle on the machine to locate the problem and found it and called me to ask for approval to fix the problem and I gave it and everything was done I would approve for anyone to bring their vehicle here. If they can't fix your vehicle, they will help locate you, someone who can and remember you get what you pay for, and here you will always get your money worth.

BEST OF THE BEST! They care so much about the customer. I came in and my window wouldn’t roll up and it was freezing outside. They had a line of people ahead of me but said rey could fix it by the end of the day if I could leave it there. They even had someone give me a ride back to my work!

Came in once with our Oldsmobile barely moving, trying to get to work in Arcadia after dropping the kids off in bossier. My nerves were Shattered. Long story short, I can't remember what broke but they took such good care & had such awesome service, it didn't matter. We also paid less than what was quoted. That summer, the a/c went out in our ford, it's been 3yrs & we're still blowing snowballs! They can have all our business if we can ever beat the rest of u guys in line...thank you!

My husband had his truck towed there for repair. When your vehicle is repaired you need a timeline so that you can arrange for alternate transportation. His repair ended up taking 2 weeks longer than expected. When I arrived to pay for the repairs I found that the side mirror had been knocked out. I asked about it and the owner said it was already like that. The windows were down in the truck and I requested they be closed because we were expecting rain. He smugly put his hand in the air to say it wasn't raining and refused to follow this basic request. Really? I'm a paying customers and you're basically accusing me if lying and you're also refusing to protect the automobile I'm paying you to repair? After my husband spoke to the owner the mirror was repaired, but only after providing a photograph to prove the mirror was not broken when the vehicle left on the tow truck. However, when we got the truck back we found the A/C doesn't work now. It worked before we took it there. The floor mats were also torn and will no longer stay in place. I never called or went by to see a resolution for these things, after being told I was lying last time I disnt feel it was worth it. If you expect a mechanic to take. Are of your vehicle and to be treated with respect don't go here.

I had taken my vehicle in here after letting someone else work on it. I am so glad I did the mechanic that worked on my car stayed at it till the problem was located and properly fixed. All I can say is these are the only people that will work on my car again. Extremely pleased with work and price for repair, can't remember the actual mechanics name but he is the man.

What a wonderful experience 2019 4th gen ram with random misfire po300 code running rough no not plugs or coils But a broken valve spring. Was replaced with new spring and running like new. I would definitely recommend Ashley's Automotive thank y'all so much Y'all have a lifetime customer.

This review starts two weeks ago when I spoke to Rusty about my "Service Trailer Brake System message on my 2011 Silverado,I dropped it off last Monday and gave Rusty all the steps I had already taken to solve the problem such as replace 2 of the three components within the system and had ordered the third component and it was in my back seat but that the two I replaced did not fix the problem. Today I got a call from Rusty and he said that the Technician diagnosed one of the two new components I replaced was bad but had one in stock and could install it for around $450.00. I asked him to verify the component, because I had recently replaced the part. He told me to come pick up my truck and take it to someplace where I trusted the diagnoses and there would be no charge... I was shocked at his response, I tried to get back on track but he told me that he has 30 more cars behind me and has to move on. When I picked up my truck I again tried to find out how we got sideways and Rusty told me that if I would not have questioned the Technician diagnoses and installed the part and if it did not fix my problem then they would look further...I said I have the right to ask questions and did not mean to annoy anyone, he said you probably don't mean to annoy me right now but you are!! I asked why?? He said I just told you we are not interested in working on your truck yet there you stand still talking to me, why are you still talking?? I left to write this review and will never return, and will tell everyone I know about Rustys rude mouth. I have used them in the past, it took a couple of tries to get it done but they did. BTW the part I had recently replaced was a GM part and cost $41.00 and took me 30 min to replace.

I first spoke with a pleasant man by the name of Wayne about my car situation and he was a delight to talk with, I would call back later and a different man would answer who really didn't seem concerned with helping me. I left my name and number and asked if Wayne could call me, obviously Wayne never got the message. I called on yesterday to try and speak with Wayne yet again and again was given a run around about how they don't work on engines when it clearly states that they do on the website. Thanks Wayne for your kindness anyway.
