Mansfield Rd Walmart changed oil and replaced my filter with a used filter. They charged me for a new oil filter. Sad service. I'll never get my oil changed at Walmart again.

They do decent work but be prepared to spend half of your day there. They don't rush anything.

Been waiting over 3 hours to have a slow tire leak fixed. Still waiting. 2 cars when I pulled up, been to desk multiple times. Should have left when I pulled up.

It's tough not to think negatively, when you are not being serve in a manner of your own liking.... thank the Lord for his favor even when it appears to be; not Your turn, sir.

We had a new battery installed, shopped while we waited, and were out the door in about 45 minutes. Happy customers.

I've been here twice to get my oil changed and will not come back. It shouldn't take an hour and 45 minutes when there is only one other car getting serviced ahead of you.

Good luck getting anything done here.Technicians too busy walking around or talking to each other to actually work.Expect long wait times,at least 3 hours or longer on some days.Check over all work performed also, bad about not tightening bolts and loose caps on engine reservoirs.Difficult getting checked out also.Best bet is getting there early if you don’t want to spend whole day waiting for oil change.

Three and a half hours early on a Monday morning to get an oil change and tire rotation not to mention I was told now I need new lug nuts because they screwed him up I'm also missing 4 lug nut covers I would not recommend this Walmart service center to anyone if you need a Walmart service center I recommend any other one in Shreveport I will never be back to this one again and the only reason I came here is out of convenience which ended up being more inconvenient than anything

Complete fail. They won't open the tire center because they don't have 2 techs. Despite management saying I could still recycle oil, they don't have anyone willing to open the cage to the recycle bins. Again, complete fail.

Terrible!! Got to auto center at 7:15 a.m. to get one tire changed due to a big bubble in tire. One car getting oil change and me for 1 new tire. It took them 1 1/2 hour to change one freaking tire. Worker was slow as hell and even stopped a couple times while working on my tire to talk to co-workers. Last time I was there for 2 new front tires it took them 3 hours. Never going back...they slower than turtles #mansfieldRdWalmartAutoCenter!! They get -5 stars from me. Should have been in and out in 30 minutes for 1 freaking tire!

Very slow and bad service. Waited over 3hrs for them to mount a tire to my rim. Wasn't even on my car. I only had two vehicles ahead of me in the begining go back after an hour and I had three. Not to mention one of their "mechanics" mixed up the vehicles that were ahead of me so took even longer to do my one tire. The lady up front didn't even say a word about the wait or the mix up and didn't know how extra cars jumped ahead of me. Will not return to this Walmart. Good luck shoppers.

I had a blow out omw to to pick my kids up from school with my elderly mom in tge car so i'm starting this story frustrated already lol. I took my tire to the tire center (of course) to purchase a new tire and have them put it on my rim (Mansfield Rd location). The cashier (guy with glasses) seemed a few bananas short of a bunch upon initial observation but I don't judge. It was about 5:30 and they closed at 6 so I'm humble atp because I need this tire. The technician on duty took awesome care of me in a very timely manner. When it was time to cash out glasses guy told me my total was going to be $114. Tire price was $79.99. I asked him why so much and he told me taxes. I'd brought $100 bill in the building because I didn't anticipate it being more than that. So I go out to the car to get the rest. I come back in and glasses guy is about to get off so the next guy on duty is the one who actually closed out my transaction while glasses guy stood there still missing bananas and losing more. They new cashier told me my total...$103. $103?? Seriously? I look at glasses guy and asked "why'd you tell me $114?" I can't even describe how dumb the look was on his face. I rolled my eyes so hard they almost got stuck. I cashed out and left the building because it was now right at 6 o'clock and I definitely never wanna be THAT girl. So I get in the car and look at my receipt finally and noticed glasses guy also charged me $15 for a balance and rotation that never happened. Which explains why it was so much 🤦🏽♀️ overall satisfied with the experience but just beware of glasses guy and CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.

I am disappointed in them, someone stole my cigarette lighter out of my car and when I inquired about it they blew me off. I should have gone to management but I didn't want to spend the tome or energy on a disposable lighter!

So, there's a lady that works here in the Tires & Lubes. First letter of her name starts with an L, ending with an A. I come up to the desk to request a tire repair. She asks me some questions in which a few I didn't understand very well, and rather than being informative, her expression and her tone were dreadfully condescending. She did not speak clearly, often having me to ask her to verify a second time what she was saying. I am typically a very friendly person and tried to make the transaction as easy as possible. She would not budge. I come back and ask to buy a tire. She was at another desk with this male worker. Neither of them acknowledged me. The guy leaves without saying anything and that forced her to finally help me. She asked me which brand, which I was kind of thrown off because I didn't think it mattered, but she informed me that that was the information she told me earlier, which again, she didn't speak very clearly. So, I missed that information. Condescending once more, she went to the other desk to I guess get the order ready. She was making me feel so bad. So, I apologized, but she didn't say a word. She suddenly went to the other desk to check out this lady. Didn't say a word to me. I lost interest in the tire, and was nearly about ready to walk out even with a bad tire. I left to go shopping. I came back hoping my car was ready by then, but still had to wait. A man came to state my tire could not be repaired and asked if I'd like to buy another. I said fine. I came to the desk and the lady sort of fussed that she had the tired ready for me, but that I walked away and the tire was 'waiting on me'. I didn't say a word, and it took everything of me to not say anything to her. I had a bad morning. Tire blow out on me, and had me stranded. Had to reschedule my doc's appointment, and then I come up to Ms. Attitude. I don't know if she had a bad day or was just tired. I mean I get it; we all have those days, but don't make a customer feel unwelcome and stupid.

I didn't have a oil leak until I took my car to get an oil change. I figured that this would happen since they did it to my other vehicle. I had to take it to Valvoline to get it fixed.
