Got an oil change which lead to me going to the dealership the same day to correct the issues. Instead of checking over their work they assumed I had major issues going and told me it’s not their fault. Which it was in fact their fault per what my dealerships told me when they resolved the issue.t first time not going to my dealership and will not make the mistake again 0/10

Came in for a simple oil change and left pretty uneasy about the whole experience. They initially wanted to use a machine to extract the oil instead of draining it from the pan, and I had to specifically ask them to drain it the normal way. The service took about 25 minutes and seemed very unorganized. The most concerning part was when the technician put the service sticker on my windshield and told me to have a good day — then suddenly said, “wait, we still have to put the oil in.” For a moment it sounded like they were about to send me out the door without oil in the engine, which could have caused serious damage. Everyone was polite, but mistakes like that shouldn’t happen during something as basic as an oil change. Definitely left me questioning the quality control here.

The wait time was minimal, everyone that spoke to me was so polite. They spoke loudly so I heard everything they checked on my truck. They didn't pressure me to buy extra services, they did recommend services needed. And the best I have ever encountered was as I was leaving the bay they all looked at me and waved and said thanks have a good day. Totally awesome! We had the absolute best experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Fern Loop! Kelvin, Cam, Zacorria, and Lydarrien were all amazing, so kind, sweet, and genuinely helpful. They truly went above and beyond for our needs and even offered my mom and I water, which was such a thoughtful touch. Their customer service alone made our day! We felt welcomed, taken care of, and never rushed. We highly recommend coming here and will never go anywhere else for our oil changes again! If we could rate them more than 5 stars we definitely would! The best experience!!
