Hey I called all around my native town Shreveport, Louisiana no one had a windshield in inventory at the time for a reasonable price for my crown Vic they all had the same issue with it not being in inventory, but not to talk bad I know how it is. But my good people at glass services got me in at overnight,despite me calling at 430 before closing time we all know how that is lol., but real talk the lady was(all the representatives I talked to were nice m) but glasss services really put in the there for a decent price and time for it to be overnight. Despite my old school needing a few instructions beforehand to operate it lol they handled my car with care and I was able to talk to the one the guy(s) that was working on my vehicle and gave me a few pointers about my mechanical issue at the time, but all in all I know I’m rambling but I just truly appreciate and enjoyed the experience from the lady who talked with me and took instructions on how to operate my vehicle and to communicate with the mechanics in the back so they know was just “Aldenti” if I’m spelling it right lol I appreciate them as a team and once again great customer service and support. One last thing I’m coming back and from out of toy and headache I thought I was going to have was just a breeze. While traveling, a well-placed rock from a passing 18wheeler placed a nice star in my windshield. Knowing that I still had several hundred miles to travel, I didn’t want the star to just continue to grow so a quick google search directed me to Glass services. A+ Service for sure! I work for a local apartment complex and we have always had great experiences with Glass Services. But today was on a whole different level. The lovely lady on the phones Brisa was so nice and helpful with a cheerful energy you could feel through the phone. And The two gentleman that came out to look at the windows Brieco and Tony were so nice respectful! They came in and told me what needed to be done and it turned into a great conversation that when they left had me feeling like I had just been talking to two long time friends. It was great! I went in with a broke windshield, the lady at the desk said they have the parts but about a 3 hour wait. Instead of me waiting she arranged for transport back to my home. When the work was completed I received a call, they could either come and get me or since I live realively close if I wanted to pay over the phone they would deliver my car to my home. Since it was very cold out I opted for delivery figuring an hour maybe 2 for delivery. Ten minutes after I hung up the phone my vehicle was in my driveway and the paperwork was in my hand. This is the second windshield I have had to replace since I arrived in Shreveport and they handled both quickly and professionally. I would, no will take any auto glass work to them and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 9.9 because there just is no such thing as a 10.8
