Brakes..rotors..oil change..the basic they can do of course🤷🏾♂️ I really didn't want to leave a bad review..but my experience here WAS HORRIBLE!!Great attitude tru enough but I took my car here twice cause of the reviews I read and figured it was a good shop..the 1st time he said I had a bad engine and he couldn't fix it..he told me I needed another engine..tht was over $300..brought it in after gettin another engine they had my car almost a month and I get a call sayin it was ready..it went in limp mode right after I left..tht was $432 down da drain...so I had it towed to TERRYS AUTO ON GREENWOOD RD AND HE FIXED MY CAR WITH IN A DAY AND A HALF...I WOULD RECOMMEND TERRYS AUTO!!! #WhiteCrownVic

He gave me an honest assessment of what went wrong and didn’t charge me for anything beyond the parts and a few hours of labor even though he worked overtime on the weekend to get me back on the road. Fairfield automotive was awesome a lot less than I expected to pay.I had a secondary issue that they were able to take care of for around a hundred bucks. when they could have told me I had to replace more parts they didn't. They were able to repair it for hundreds less than I would have paid elsewhere.

I highly recommend this business! I was recently rear ended while traveling through Shreveport on my way home to Texas. The car was making a lot of noise and I was concerned it might not be safe to drive. I called several auto service shops and they were all closed for the day. When I called Fairfield they just happened to be working late and gave me directions to get there just a couple miles down the road. The mechanic filled my power steering fluid and kindly sent us on our way. He was in the middle of trying to finish a job for another waiting customer and yet took time for a couple older ladies who were a bit shaken from the accident and unfamiliar area. We so appreciate the kindness of a stranger to another stranger. We don't believe in coincidences and we know that God directed us to this man. I'm sorry I forgot to ask his name but God knows who he is. We'll pray for him and his business. There are still good Samaritans out there. Thank you Fairfield Automotive!!

The owner of this shop was a blessing to my family over the weekend. We were coming back from Florida and were low and gas. There was no electricity in the state of Louisiana. I was running out of gas and by the grace of God I stopped at this shop and he helped us when we were over 300 miles away from home. We are in great debt to you sir. If you are having any car troubles and want someone trust worthy to look at it come here! They will get down to the issue and if they don’t then they’ll let you know more information on how you can get it taken care of for a low price. I had to get an interlock system with them and I’m so happy I did! I had to get it recalibrated and also I was having battery issues and the mechanic tested the battery and alternator for me to see what was going on! Most times places charge an extra fee but the mechanic was so sweet and said no worries ! Again, if you are having any car problems and need people who are knowledgeable and kind, come here ! (No mean people though!)
