I have had a pleasant time working with the team at Rent-A-Wheel! Symphony & Shadonna was very helpful and worked hard to ensure that I had everything I needed! Do not I repeat DO NOT pay ahead with these people I paid ahead and was told I was good till middle of October it ain’t even October yet and I had to pay again I will most definitely never do business with these people again after I get them paid off they did the same to my mom so it wasn’t just me

The place is the worst, and I would never recommend it to anyone for any reason whatsoever, (unless you have a loose wheel on your little tikes pedal car…but still, you should probably think twice). It is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy place to do business with regarding your vehicle. The shady misrepresentation of employees “titles” and ridiculous and unnecessarily misleading or just plain wrong information about the products and services they try to promote or sell is the worst way to run a “professional” business/company. Rude and disrespectful are not acceptable when the customers are the ones that are keeping the “business” going and they have no respect for them at all. Keep this in mind if you’re thinking of doing business with them…Best of luck. Walmart is a million times better and that says more than anything…
