Impressed with their service from the first phone call. Rock cracked my windshield and the guy on the phone talked me through how to submit the claim to my insurance company and even discussed the nuances of navigating my insurance carrier's website. NOVUS Glass on Wallace Lake Road has been amazing! My daughter had an emergency and needed a window on her vehicle replaced quickly. The vehicle was not drivable and I was out of town. The best service ever!!! My sunroof had to be replaced. After insurance approved the install, they ordered the part and we scheduled a drop off day and time. So I brought the car to the shop but I didn’t have a way home. They didn’t hesitate and brought me home. The “hopeful” completion date was the next day. Within 5 hours, my car was sitting in my driveway!!! Wow!! What a great surprise. All 3 employees that I dealt with over the past 2 weeks were professional, courteous, and so easy to work with.
