I was referred to NOVUS glass by my VERY PICKY mom. I knew if she gave them the seal of approval that they HAD TO BE the best. I went in for a cracked windshield and my experience was incredible from beginning to end so I see why she referred me. I dropped my car off that morning and picked it up at the end of the day. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I even got to get an updated inspection sticker while I was there. I have a super busy schedule so I’m really grateful for this experience. My car looks AMAZING so I’ll definitely be returning for all my glass needs.

I called the day before and made an appointment with $50 glass deposit, and the next day my windshield was replaced. They seemed pretty busy and a little hectic but the waiting area was nice and the little boutique they share the space with was pleasant. They also did my inspection sticker. NOVUS Glass on Wallace Lake Road has been amazing! My daughter had an emergency and needed a window on her vehicle replaced quickly. The vehicle was not drivable and I was out of town. The best service ever!!! My sunroof had to be replaced. After insurance approved the install, they ordered the part and we scheduled a drop off day and time. So I brought the car to the shop but I didn’t have a way home. They didn’t hesitate and brought me home. The “hopeful” completion date was the next day. Within 5 hours, my car was sitting in my driveway!!! Wow!! What a great surprise. All 3 employees that I dealt with over the past 2 weeks were professional, courteous, and so easy to work with.
