I bought my 1993 Chevy G20 mid November of 2022. The previous owner mentioned a lot of items he replaced, repaired and serviced while he had it. I performed my inspection of a number of things and I was satisfied with what I saw. One of the items the previous owner mentioned was an alignment and not just one but multiple alignments after replacing multiple components of the front suspension. Taking his word and reviewing multiple receipts proving front suspension components were in fact purchased I drove my new van home. I drove my van for 3 months acknowledging the constant corrections I needed to make while steering my van. I made an appointment with this Firestone via their website for a tire rotation and alignment. They had my van in the shop for approximately 2hrs and 45 minutes. They went over the results of the alignment, I paid for the work, and received my keys. I immediately noticed a difference driving my van. I no longer had to constantly correct the steering. I could simply place my hand on the steering wheel and drive smoothly even with the old school gear box style steering system. I highly recommend this shop for alignments. Great work and thank you!

I went in for a simple oil change and asked about the washer pump that had quit on me a few months earlier. They priced it out and the cost was lower than I thought it would be. I asked when they could get to it. They told me right away. Everything was fixed in a short amount of time. I will be back here as long as I am working in town.

Employees evidently do not take pride in their work. At the Southwest store, a battery was put in my car and the negative terminal was left loose. At the West council store. I got tires put on my car and they left off the valve steam caps so dirt could get into the valve stem. The last time they did an oil change for me like didn't put a sticker on my windshield. Is very poor workmanship.

Don’t trust these people I went to get a alignment for my truck and they said my battery was bad but it was off bc I never had a battery light on my dash telling me there was any problems with it. So I start asking questions and now they’re saying I also have a bad cell and there’s corrosion everywhere but it looked like it was put there bc if your smart enough you know it also grows on the cables and they said they cleaned it off before I could see how bad it actually was but if you know basic car maintenance you know it’s almost impossible to get all the corrosion off the cables so I grab my tool box and messed with it and it sated don’t trust these guys they got mad bc I didn’t want to buy a battery and gave ugly looks this is unacceptable sad world we live it just do your job and quit trying to rip people off.

The whole team from Adrian as assistant manager and Tyler as well as Moses and the other mechanics were phenomenal in both their communication and their technical skills. They helped me get my girlfriend's car a new alternator installed as well as a serpentine belt even though it was an older Honda it was a 2004 CRV with lots of 18 year old car issues and they handled it well keeping me in the loop for every step. I will definitely be back next month for a needed power steering pump replacement.
