Calvert was able to get me in immediately when I broke my bumper the day I was leaving town. They were efficient, quick and nice when I explained the situation. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped me but he was nice and helpful. Thankfully only brackets needed replacing but the service was amazing. If anyone ever needs to use a body shop, I definitely recommend Calvert.

They are very friendly until payment is due even though insurance handles everything. Make sure everything is completely paid before giving them your vehicle. That includes the deductible. I was told several times that they would call to remind me of my appointment, the progress of my vehicle after the first week, and that they would call when my vehicle was finished. I never received any calls and had to call and pester them about the progress of my repair. When I received my vehicle and insurance had doled out a considerable large amount for the repairs. I noticed things weren't aligned correctly, a piece that wasn't damaged before had a crack in it, and they washed it but there was wax residue stuck in places that wasn't wiped off. Overall they did decent but I will not be returning.

They did a good job as far as the repair goes. They told me a week maybe a week and a half. Took longer. I showed up on a Friday and they said it needed to be washed and inspected and couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be done that day. I had to demand my vehicle back, I was not gonna go through the weekend without a vehicle that just needed a "wash" and inspection. After that they were not pleased and was very rude after. Would not recommend

I used Calvert Collision for recent Hail damage. The experience was awesome starting with entering the building, meeting the staff, working with the Adjuster, the time to get the vehicle repaired, the paperwork. A awesome group of people.

Everything about this place is awesome! Getting an estimate was easy and very thorough, he caught something that a different place hadn't. He told me what to expect and kept me updated on the progress of getting the insurance cleared (So the guy that rear ended me insurance would cover the repairs). Once that was done he got my rental set up for me, I just had to call and set a day to drop off the car and pick up the rental at the connected enterprise. Once I dropped off my car Monday morning I picked up my rental with no issues. I called for a progress report on my cars' repair Monday night and they said it just had to be painted. Tuesday afternoon I got a call that it was done. Went and picked it up and dropped off the rental. My car looks great, clean and with no issues whatsoever! To avoid issues make sure when you schedule your appointment that all the parts they have to order are actually arrived so they can just get them on and done without having to wait for them to arrive. My appointment was on a Monday so I called the previous friday to ensure all parts were there. On Sunday I called enterprise and confirmed my rental reservation and that a car would be available. Overall, great staff, very friendly and helpful. Several times when I called they had to actually go out to the garage to check on things before giving me an update. I highly recommend them!

If you are looking for a great place to repair your vehicle! Look no further!!! They did an amazing job on my car and the service was done in a very timely manner. The staff was amazing from the office staff to the repair man. Regina was so helpful from start to finish and I am very pleased with everything. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Came highly recommended by 2 friends. Javier did an estimate for me. My insurance assigned the claim on 3/28. That a.m I gave Javier claim # & adjuster contact info. Javier tells me they will order parts & get me scheduled once parts are in unless they run into something else while making the repairs, they will get me in there & get me all fixed up in the least amount of time possible, so I am not out $$$ for a rental longer than needed, waiting for parts to come in. I call today to check on status of parts & Javier says he will chk on parts w/ lady that orders parts & schedules. Then Regina calls me back & states they don't have any of my insurance info. When I told her I gave all of that to Javier on the morning of 3/28, then she tells me she thinks she called my insurance co & they didn't call her back. If that's true, why didn't they follow up again with the insurance co or me? Then she puts me on hold & says she will need my insurance claim info to get started. Are you kidding me? If I am going to start all over from Square One AGAIN, after almost a month of waiting for you guys & I am the one initiating the follow up with you, I will take my chances with the next body shop! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE!

They do great work and are easy to deal with. They were covered up with work after the big hail storm last year and I had to wait months to get my cars into their shop. I did not care because they do such good quality work that I would not take them to any other shop. I have used them for years and always get perfect results and fair prices. You may can find someone cheaper or be able to get in quicker to another shop but there is a reason Calvert does so much business! I trust them with my vehicles and would highly recommend them to you!

No words can express how great Calvert was on getting my car back to me as soon as possible. Took it in for deer damage and was told 3 months and then tks to Brandon it got in the next week. After the deer damage they repaired the hail damage from last May. Looks like a brand new car. Had communication with Hayden twice a week to let me know the progress. Great customer service all around!

Having work done on our vehicle was supposed to take a week here we are going on week 4. No follow up calls after the 1st week. I have been having to call constantly. I get told that they overlooked some damages and now we are stuck having to wait longer and having to pay more. Very bad business!!!!!

Avoid at all costs - dishonest and poor quality work. I was sent here for an insurance claim in January after a minor accident and have had nothing but problems with my vehicle ever since. In addition to a very poor paint job (pictured), they also incorrectly installed a lower tie bar which caused horrible grinding noises while driving. When I brought the vehicle back to complain, they misdiagnosed the noise as coming from my front struts, refused to acknowledge any issues with their work, and were rude and dismissive. Had I accepted their diagnosis, I would have paid $1500 for an unnecessary "repair." Insurance did eventually pay for the paint to be redone and for the lower tie bar to be replaced at another shop, which resolved those problems. I continue to have issues with the vehicle that were not present before the (minor) accident and strongly suspect they relate to other errors made by Calvert.

Got the work done on my car quickly and at a reasonable price. Hayden also stayed late the day before thanksgiving so I could come get my car and have it for work the next day. He also communicated progress with me throughout the time my car was in the shop. A++++ The ladies at the front desk were also incredibly friendly and helpful. If I happen to slay any more deer, I'll definitely be back here.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I strongly advise against going to Calvert for any repairs. For an entire year, I had to bring my car back repeatedly because parts were not installed correctly and attention to detail was clearly lacking. When I finally was able to get a second opinion from another body shop, they found that the previous repairs were poorly done and shortcuts had been taken. Getting Calvert to take responsibility and correct their mistakes was exhausting. I had to rely on another shop to ensure the job was done properly.
