I've gone three times for oil or tire service and each time it's been short staffed the the waiting time for service is over a two hour wait , bad bissness .I decided just go somewhere else for that type of service

Waited an hour and a half for them to tell me they couldn’t mount my tires on my stock rims. That they didn’t have the proper equipment to do it. Only reason for three stars is for the fact they didn’t charge me.

Everytime I go they forget to grease the front end not just on 1 vehicle but all 3 of mine I tell them in the shop and where you put in your service order they would have me drive away if I did not ask so they pull it around again after I ask makes me think is there anything else left undone omg

Got my oil changed an air filter replaced here for a lil more than 20bucks it took less than 40 mins stoped by an dropped it off after I left work also was told about the windshield repair kit for cheap so i bought one it was good advice

I parked behind the next car in line to get an oil change. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to come to my vehicle only to have another person drive up next to me and immediately be helped. I was never approached for any service at all. I drove away.

Had a flat tire and was driving on my spare. They patched the tire and I was out in like an hour and a half. It was super cheap though. Be prepared to spend some time but the price can't be beat.

Came in as soon as they opened. First person. Oil change headlights restoration. Told 2 hours for headlights. Been here now for 3 hours. Now I am starting to worry because I have somewhere to be in 20 minutes. Don't trust the time estimate this Walmart gives you.

I came in early for an oil change. Three "mechanics" in the garage, one car in the bay. I was told it would take one and a half hours for service. ?, seriously? I went down the streets to Stripes. There where three mechanics in the garage, one car in the bay. I got my oil changed and vehicle washed in under 30 minutes. Can't quite figure that one out. I guess you get the quality of employees you are willing to pay for. But, it's Wal-marts business and reputation, not mine. I'm just a paying customer.

Always able to get an oil change here, which is nice when you're in a pinch. But there's almost always a decent wait time and they don't take appointments (atleast not when I've called and tried to make one for efficiency purposes). They also always do a pretty shoddy job at the "free vacuuming" that comes with their package deal.

Outstanding experience with the auto center guys yesterday (10/11/25). My RV trailer tire blew out just outside of town. I needed a new one to use as a spare for the rest of the trip back to Fort Worth. Ryan was super helpful in getting me the right size. Kudos also to Samuel and Ricardo for getting me back on the road withing 30 minutes. Glad y'all were close by and we appreciated the great service!
