Long Review.
Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! I caught a flat this past Friday…… tow drove me to this Firestone location(huge mistake on my part) to have my tire patched. One of the staff stated it will be at least 2 hrs or more on wait, which is crazy to me, especially for just a patch. 2hrs goes by, within that 2hrs I’m watching Employees play around, service techs do not know what they are doing. Randy stood in the lobby on this phone. He Didn’t come out to help until I was outside watching the workers ALMOST mess up my car. I didn’t leave there til 7pm and got there about 3pm. Missed an entire work day.
Nevertheless, I never got the patch, they lied and said they tried twice on patching my tire and it’s no good. I knew that was a lied. Asked them to put my tire back in my car and just put my spare on. Smh I had to stand over them to be sure that was done correctly.
I took my tire to my normal shop, and was told Firestone tried to mess my tire up. Mind you I have BRAND new tires on my car. Smh horrible. Shut this locations down or get better techs that actually KNOWS what they are doing.

OMFG PLEASE GIVE TRAVIS, ERIC AND CHRIS A BIG PAY INCREASE!!! THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT IN MY TIME OF NEED OF HELP AND THEY WERE THERE IMMEDIATELY TO ASSIT THE CAR JOB. VERY RESPECTFUL AND COMMANDABLE MEN. THEY REFLECT THE COMPANY’S VALUES AND MADE AN INCREDIBLE FIRST TIME IMPRESSION FOR ME AS A FIRST TIME VISITOR. SINCE THE PANDEMIC I THOUGHT SERVICE, ESPECIALLY HERE IN ATLANTA, WAS DEAD-BUT NO!!!!! THESE 3 MEN HAVE RAISED THE BAR ON MY EXPECTATIONS OF QUALITY AND SERVICE!!! AGAIN AND AGAIN, EXCEPTIONAL MEN AND I WILL FORGET THEM!!!!

I chose the worst auto service center for a simple oil change. It’s now been two hours since my arrival! Two. Hours. I’m seriously concerned about the competency of the guy providing the service. I won’t be returning for even the smallest of services. Never. Ever. Never.

Fast service. They started service right after I checked in at my service time. Done within 90 minutes. Was disappointed that even though I asked if they have the history of what I normally did for an oil change, they did I full synthetic at a much higher price. When I questioned it at check-out they told me they do not offer standard oil in GA (I normally get my oil changed at Firestone in TX). Cost me twice as much as expected. Even though I asked for a tire rotation (Firestone tires) it was not on my invoice so I am unsure if they did it as requested. I will not be using Firestone for an oil change again in GA. Very tight parking.

I drive a car that is provided to me through uber. Regardless of if it’s my personal vehicle or not, I pay for the car so it’s mine! I had an appointment set at 8 AM. For a service that was not done properly. Long story short I am still currently here 5 hours later! They did not open the shop until 20 min till 10 am! I called and made a complaint and the lady whom works at the front desk received a call. She stated as she was walking out the door that “it’s not her car it’s a fleet vehicle “. To be honest it shouldn’t matter I am still a customer that had a set appointment to be serviced and sat here for 5 hours later! Very unprofessional. Pep boys would never!

If I could give 0 stars i absolutely could I have been having my car serviced at this location for a year . EACH AND EVERY TIME that I bring my car to this location it’s always unprofessional I scheduled a service for 11 went to check on the status of my car at 5:30 and it hadn’t moved when I asked how long it would be because I told them when I dropped it off I needed it done before 6, they told me it would be another hour until it would be finished I needed an oil change andd a new serpentine belt 45 mins worth of work tops! This is the most recent service prior to that I came for break work and they lost the lug nut to my after market rim and told me I would have to purchase a new one and then they would reimburse me … you lost something you took off my car I don’t take my car anywhere else but here… I have never had any issues with any other Firestone location when I lived in Nashville the service was always top tier. These people that you all have employed in this shop all need to be fired . If you don’t want to work then why be there. I asked for my key back and they had no remorse I left with my car untouched and still needing the service I came in for. Pathetic excuses for customer service and mechanics

I wish I could rate this place lower. Where do I start? This place has scammed me into expensive repairs that didn’t fix my initial problem with my vehicle. They have been handling my car for three weeks and in that time they’ve only called me twice, when they thought the car was ready for pick up and they were trying to get paid. I was lied to about my initial repairs and told that it would fix the issue I bought the car in for. I wish I never came to Firestone they have cost me unnecessary inconvenience, time, and money.

The customer service that I received from the cashier was great, but the wait time that you had to wait it was very much horrible but other than that, the customer service was definitely on point. They just need to do better when it comes to servicing people.
