So this was my first time at this Firestone location Crystal helped me out and another lady with dreads, a technician, I forgot her name but she also helped me get my car running using a trick her dad taught her so I could make it home. I came back the next day The guy did my tune up told me some other information that I needed to know about the car it was really cool and I'm going back to get more services done at this location. The car is running way better than before. I appreciate the time and service put into fixing my vehicle.

The service was great. The rep was professional, helpful and courteous. I am satisfied with quality of service. I went for oil change and diagnosis of Check engine light, but assessment showed i needed several other services, costing quite a bit. Cost wise I am not sure i got all eligible discounts e.g I got 4 new tires ( I had 50K warranty for 1 tire that was changed). I also got a new battery but battery I replaced was less than 4 years old. I had invoice emailed and did not do line by line analysis in store.

Ms. Crystal was awesome sauce!!! She had a mind blowing personality and she really knows cars. I was offered donuts and glizzy's while I waited for my vehicle to be finished. Being the fact I didn't have to leave and my car was fixed in a timely manner, I want to say thanks again to the firestone team!!!

Good morning. So I put my truck in the shop to have fixed on Tuesday. I have a 2011 Nissan murano. which I was told to that the. mechanic will have it fixed by Wednesday. Today is Friday and I still don't have my truck. I have hip problems and I have arthritis in both my knees so I can hardly stand sometimes. So standing and waiting on the bus and train is putting more pressure on my hips and knees. No it is not fair to be lied to. That's not cool. I be in alot of pain plus I am a manager at a local restaurant so I need my suv. So today is Friday and I don't know what lie they are going to tell me know. I will say this I be in alot of pain. I can't afford to miss work. But I need my truck. Don't lie to me and say you going to fix it and then see me in my apartment complex and then lie and say that you going to do it Wednesday morning and now it is Friday. The pain in my hips and knees are un bare able. No sir we not going to do that. Anything bad happen to me because yall playing with my suv, will be on yall hand. I call Thursday about my truck they said the part haven't came yet. Mind you I was told they was going to get the part. Now it was ordered make it make sense. I didn't know I am getting the run around. It's bad enough I have to walk funny because I be in pain half of the time. I was just to get to get my suv fixed and be on my way. But this right here is beyond crazy. But this not a good experience. Usually I leave five stars and leave a great compliment when I leave a review but this is not good at all. I after it is fixed I know I won't be back at Firestone for anymore repairs. Yall not living up to the words coming out yall mouth. Lies is not good man.

I WENT INSIDE TODAY AND SHANAY NAY WITH THE GREEN LONG NAILS REFUSE MY SERVICE WHICH SHE WASNT AN MECHANIC. SHE WALKED UP TO ME AND STRAIGHT SAY MY ENGINE IS KNOCKING WHICH ITS NOT I HAVE AN LOOSE BOLT AND IVE BEEN THERE BEFORE FOR AN TIRE VALVE REPLACEMENT. ONCE I SAID MY ENGINE IS NOT KNOCKING SHE ASKED WHAT IT WAS WHICH IS NONE OF HER BUSINESS SHE THEN BEGIN TO ASK ME EHAT I NEED AND I SAID I NEED AN OIL CHANGE. SHE STATED THEY CANT TOUCH MY CAR WHICH WAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH I STATED IVE BROUGHT MY CAR BEFORE AND THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME AND MY CAR DOESNT HAVE AN ENGINE PROBLEMS AT ALL NO LOUD KNOCKING NOISE JUST A LIL RATTLE DUE TO THE BOLT FROM MY ALTERNATOR WHICH I STATED ITS NONE IF HER BUSINESS AT ALL….

This place is horrible. From store manager to area manger. They broke my car and want to charge me $2800 for repairs in which I’ve paid $1300. I paid $189 for n alignment that my car never received. Area manager Josh dosent call but sends emails never tried to find out what was going on simply screen shot my account on their screen and said I can’t help you. The store manager Crystal is a nasty one don’t need a management position. This place is hell and I’m MAD AS HELL. Do not take your car here for service. They ripped me off with no grease. This store have family and friends come they get discounts or you can pay under the table you might get the correct service. They get people they know to write reviews this over all have been the worst experience ever. I NEED MY CAR FIXED. In this economy $1300 is a lot of money to just be taking from a single woman with kids. I thought I was bringing my car to a reputable place that I could trust only to get messed over. IM SO HURT AND MAD tHAT YALL CAN PLAY WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS WITH NO CONSEQUENCES. Then they wonder why people flip out.

If I can give them less than one star I would. From their customer service to their prices. Crystal (the store manager) has to be the most disrespectful human being I have ever been in contact with. They hung up on the phone with me after saying less than 10 words. Crystal was rude when they first called and rude after. I believe Josh is their area manager. consequences needs to be done with that person because there’s no way they should have a job or even dealing with people. I’m also 90% sure they pay for their good reviews. Have a good day and avoid this place at all costs good people.

This place changed my oil and didn’t put the filter on right. I went to another shop for an oil change and they couldn’t get the filter off. So I went back to Firestone and some sassy dude gave me attitude asking why I went to another shop and he would have to charge me for a full oil change. After one of his techs didn’t do his job correctly. I wish I could give negative stars!!! This place is a full joke

So thankful that I was referred to this facility by SilverRock. They got me in and diagnosed, work approved and by the next day, we are doing the work required and overcoming the obstacles along the way. They work as a team, the waiting area was honestly a VIBE, and they COMMUNICATE every STEP OF THE WAY!! From my 1st point of contact, CRYSTAL🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾… who was welcoming, empathetic, and understanding to my frustration with my vehicle. She was reassuring and encouraging to the fact that if I just made my way to the sound of her calm voice… my car issue would have an Active SOLUTION within my warranty guidelines and my worry and confusion would go Away!! Me and this shop are now in an EXCLUSIVE Relationship with my car and they will.. see me again.. hopefully NOT too soon though😉

I called on last Thursday to see the price for an oil change and I spoke with Shelia, I think this was her name, forgive me if it's not. She was great over the phone and I advised that I would like to come after I got off of work, which was 4:30pm and gave a time of 5:30pm. The rep took my name and number and said they'll see me when I get there. Ok, so I get there a little after 5:30pm. There was an older lady at the counter being assisted and another lady sitting in the lobby. After the older lady was helped, I was next and advised why I was there. The rep at the desk told me it's too late and it was only her and another worker there and she asked me who I has spoke with and i told her. I said I was told to come at 5:30 and she said it will be too late and they will be there late. I didn't receive a call to advise that I would be coming late. This location closes at 7pm, I was there an hr and half before closing. Very unprofessional. This tells me that you want to leave earlier than closing time and assisting me would take your workers into OT. I only saw one car up in the garage and I'm assuming the other lady in the lobby was waiting for services too, so taking me was too late. I mean how long does it take to do an oil change? Someone should have called me before I wasted my time and gas. They will NEVER get anything from me.

Came here at 4PM for an alignment, they said it would take about an hour and thirty minutes. Over two hours later, and the car hasn’t moved. They said it would go after another car finished its alignment. So I waited some more, and still nothing. I asked for a time frame and the lady at the front gave me attitude explaining the were dealing with their “sales event…” I asked I needed a time frame. She said she couldn’t give me a time frame…. We left without an alignment. I purchased a three year alignment program and it seems like I can’t use it.

’m writing this review regarding my recent visit to Firestone Complete Auto Care. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The wait time was much longer than expected, and while customers were waiting, staff members were in the back laughing, giggling, and having personal conversations. Prior to my visit, I called and spoke with an employee who applied a coupon to my oil change and quoted me a specific price. However, when I arrived, that same employee quoted me a different (higher) price. Additionally, when I checked in for my reservation, the gentleman at the front desk had trouble locating it. The woman who made my reservation did not speak up to assist at that time. It wasn’t until checkout that she mentioned she had made the reservation while also attempting to charge me more because I was paying in cash. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disorganized. Clear communication and better customer service would make a significant difference. Based on this visit, I will not be returning.

My car stayed there over a week. Apparently, the wrong part was order numerous of times incorrectly. Picking up my car, which is white, I had oil marks all over the hood along with the entire oil handprint! Totally unprofessional. Then I my car had a dent on the back of the trunk. No one said anything to me about it. The female manager had the nerve to give me Firestone stickers?! When I came to pick up my car. I believe she also knew about the dent in my car. Of course, when I call, she had an attitude. So, I called corporate, what a waste. He tells me, they cannot reduce my balance, only offer me to get the dent out and detail clean my car?! What a waste and when I did reply, I never heard back from the corporate representative. With that said, after being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I won't be going back. Be extremely careful when you take your car here. They service not great anymore. They also have a tall, football-built dude and he's lazy! He dresses very sloppy and I believe he put the dent in my car. Firestone need to do better.
