Please do yourself a favor and avoid the stress of coming to get your tires fixed here. Me and my dad have been coming to this Firestone for 3 years now and every time we take it to get new tires or just a simple fill, they do something PURPOSELY to your car to make you keep coming back. A few years ago I needed new tires and bought them from here. I had to come back every couple days probably 6 different times because 2 of my tires kept leaking air and they couldn’t “figure out why.” Just recently a couple days ago, my tires needed air because of the cold weather and not only did they not put the cap back on one of them, they purposely loosened the stem. Woke up the next morning to a completely flat tire. I had just gotten a brand new car too and I was by myself. I even tipped them even though it was a free service, so I bet they figured they could take advantage of a “naive” young girl with a nice new car. They were suspicious when they gave me my keys back (3 guys came from the back of the shop to the lobby to “watch the game,” probably just to scope me out and commented that my interior is very pink) and the guy didn’t even say thanks for the tip. If you are in the area, I recommend going to NTB on Warren instead, they are much more professional and helpful. Ladies, if you are going to ANY car shop to get something fixed, I recommend bringing your boyfriend or a man in your life with you so there’s less a chance they will take advantage. P.S. They delete their bad reviews.

Yesterday was a decent experience. I was told 30 minutes for an emissions test. It was done sooner with him taking his time to text and go to his office etc before letting me kmow and leave knowing i gad to go to work. Needs less up selling and more consideration for customers time. Back in February They had given me an oil change but recommended 1500 in work about 2 weeks later i called back to set an appt for that work n verify price and they raised it to 2700 saying that was the same price they told me before. They were lying because i had gone to another shop using a copy of info theyd given me to get an estimate there n i had written diwn everything. Cant be trusted by me now. I used them because i had a firestone card and trusted them but guess ill pay off the stupid card n use destin auto care in princeton no probs there. Great experience last time. All the guys did a great job. Jose did a great job. Very helpful friendly professional and knowledgeable. Things have improved greatly.

I scheduled a maintenance appointment with this shop almost three weeks in advance after they contacted me about some issues found during a previous service on my car. They clearly knew the date and time I would be coming in, as well as what repairs were needed. However, when I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment, I was surprised and confused when the manager asked me what was wrong with the car. This was especially frustrating because the problem had already been communicated to me by the shop prior to the appointment, and the clerk at check-in had acknowledged it as well. During the interaction, I felt dismissed and interrupted multiple times by the manager, which made it difficult to fully explain my concerns. The situation escalated to the point where I felt compelled to call my husband. After he spoke with the manager, the tone shifted noticeably—the manager became calm, patient, and respectful. It’s very disappointing and disheartening that it took someone else stepping in for me to be treated with the basic respect and professionalism every customer deserves. I can’t help but feel that the shop was either unprepared or simply too busy to properly handle my scheduled appointment, which had been booked well in advance. Good customer service means honoring appointments, listening carefully, and treating everyone with respect—regardless of who is speaking or how busy the shop may be. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication and customer care, so future customers do not have to go through the same experience. While I value the potential quality of their service, the way customers are treated is equally important. I hope this review encourages better professionalism and respect at this shop moving forward.

I was very relieved to see that this location was scheduled to open at 7:00 because I needed help and that was around the corner. unfortunately they wouldn't let me in at 7:15 even though they were standing at the counter and they could see me trying to get some assistance. you should post the correct hours or hire people with watches.

For the 2nd time this year following an alignment, the steering wheel is off center. In May, I went out of town the day after and had to go to a Firestone Center in Austin to correct the issue. This most recent visit, the steering wheel was correctly aligned when I took it to the shop, but out of alignment after the service. The service manager says its because I need new tires. I don't buy excuse because the same thing has happened on two visits.

Complete scammers. Can’t even replace a clamp right. They will lie to you about what’s wrong with your car when it’s a simple fix instead of a 400 dollar fix so they can charge more money. These guys should be embarrassed of the work they do they can’t even put a clamp on the right way to stop a hose from leaking. I would NOT recommend any one comes here.

As an animal n’ pet transporter for my own company, averaging 61 stops / 22 days / 19K miles per month around the nation, I had gotten a nasty flat on I-35S about an hour north of Dallas. After putting my spare on, while en route to Plano for a pickup, I called and spoke with Trevor who understood the nature of my service and thus the dire need to replace the tire, especially having just replaced all four (4) tires on December 01—thankfully, always with road hazard warranties—and said he could take me in after my pickup. Trevor was able to take me right at 17:30, and in just over an hour and $38.90 later (for new road hazard warranty and mounting / balancing of new tire), a new, exact tire was installed and even aligned!

This team was on point. Been having issues with my work truck for over a year. I knew Firestone did tires and had a couple problems there. After taking it in. Not only did they fix my tire problems. But the found and fixed a coolant leak Kwik Car couldn’t find. I think with Firestone having a bigger team. They were able to pinpoint and keep me on the road making money. I have switched my families vehicles here. Since, they have the ability to go more in depth. And help us ultimately save time and money. By fixing the problem and us not needing return visits!

Went on 5/13 for an inspection. I drove home perfectly fine and parked for the night. Woke up to two flats in the front of my car. I called the store asking if they did anything to the tires, which they refused. Keep in mind that they had to touch my tires in order to provide me with the PSI information outlined after my inspection. I was then put on the phone with the manager who insisted that I must have hit something on my way home. I explained that I did not hit anything, that my drive home was short, and that I could provide dash cam footage if needed. He insisted that I must have hit a curb. I asked how that would make my front tires go flat, and he did not provide an answer. The manager insisted that I would need to tow my car in for this and that I would be expected to pay full price for repairs. EDIT: Customer service refuses to answer my emails. I had to get my car towed in for new tires at my personal expense.

Took my truck in for routine tire rotations. Mechanic broke one of the wheel lug bolts and told I need to pay to have it fix. There was barely any rust on there. Also, one of the lug nut they put back on is not the one that was taken off. Very disappointed in the service and unethical practices here. This happened here to another customer 4 months ago. Just asking them to take ownership and not scam the customers for few hundred dollars. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
