I got my car towed here because I usually have a great experience with this location. This time it was absolutely terrible. Made an appointment for 11am. I called at 9:45 am confirming my details. I was told that my car would be done sometime by the end of the day. I missed a call around 1:45 pm and immediately called back. The person on the phone told me the person servicing my car was busy again and would call me back. I received no call and had to call myself about 2 hours later. I was told my car was going to be started on now and they would let me know when it was ready to be picked up. I got no call all afternoon. Finally around 6:30 pm, I started calling. No one picked up the phone. I called non stop from 6:30 pm until they closed at 7pm. I showed up to this Firestone location at 6:50 pm and they had already closed. The lack of communication was absolutely unprofessional. I loved this location and raved about it but I am left shocked and dissapointed.

We are visiting from North Carolina. Our rental car developed a mechanical issue. The rental car company was no help. I called Firestone and spoke with Will. He was so understanding and helpful. Made an appointment for the next day. He worked with the rental company for billing. They repaired the car in less than 30 minutes! Thank you Will for being so kind and helpful. 10 out 10 recommend this location!!

Larry was awesome to work with. Highly recommend. Beat the price of the dealership by $200 on a set of 4 tires. We delivered the truck on 12/23/22, it was a snowy day, 3-inches, upon picking up the truck I noticed there was a crack in the rear taillight, I pointed out the damage, initially I was concerned because there’s no proof it was damaged here, yet I know it wasn’t there before. Without question, Larry ordered the light and when I called to discuss it, he hold me to bring the vehicle in and they would take care of it on the house. Amazing customer service. Earned a customer for life.

DO NOT GO HERE! i would caution anyone looking to go to this firestone for any work. manager nelson is not going to be sympathetic to your situation and will overcharge you wherever he can. some of the staff are very kind and willing to work with you, but that is NOT consistent across the board. if you end up working with nelson WATCH OUT. i've heard advant automotive is more trustworthy and can work with you much better so try that.

The workers there are very dirty. You hand over a car with a freshly detailed interior, and when you pick it up, the whole interior is covered in grease. Apparently, wearing gloves in that shop is illegal. I don't recommend it if your car's interior is light-colored.

Made over the phone appointment for inspection. The Firestone staff was professional, eager to help and flexible to accommodate my schedule needs. When I arrived for the appointment, my car was taken in on time and inspected right away. Unlike other places, I was told the car passed inspection but they suggested a couple of minor parts replacement. In most places, the car would fail inspection and mandate changing parts. I got the recommended changes for a fair fee. I was treated professionally and kindly the whole time by all staff, including Nelson. For my car repair needs, Firestone will be my first choice.

Had my car towed here after a flat tire. Was told in the phone it would be $140 for the tire and mounting. Then got a call back that I need to replace at least 2 tires and that it would be $514 for that. Not sure how we went from $140 a piece to $514 for 2. Just picked up my car today and it was left with mud everywhere. The steering wheel was covered, the start button, the whole driver door inside and out and all over the glove box. Won’t be bringing my car here again!

Brought my 2021 Honda CR-V hybrid EX-L to Firestone at E. RIDGE Rd in Rochester NY Beginning with a phone call, the service, personal attention, honest (aka non-pushy) conversation, amazing prices and patience with my questions, all by Service Mgr. Will and Tech, Ryan, I'm back as a Firestone customer after a 30 plus year absence. The lowest grade I can give, is A+++!!! Am one happy camper and my wife's Honda will go into their care in a couple months. Thanks gentlemen.

Visited this location 9/30/25 to get four tires replaced on my vehicle. Per the online quote with discounts the subtotal should have been 811.88 plus tax. When I returned to pick up and pay Angelo cashed me out. My problem is he tacked on a road hazard protection plan totaling $117 without asking if i wanted the feature or disclosing benefits of said feature. I did not ask for this feature, it was added without my consent. When I asked him to review the charges initially an adjustment needed to be made bc of an $80 discount that was missing. When I asked him to further break down why it seemed to be more than I anticipated paying, he showed me the charges pointing out the cost of the tires, $80 discount adjusted in, cost for labor and disposal fees but didn’t disclose the protection was a negotiable. I’ll also point out that Angelo did call me to recommend a wheel alignment which I declined. So, he is capable of recommending additional products and services but chose not to recommend the protection plan. He opted to include it without proper explanation. The only reason I can see to do this is to get some sort of compensation or bonus later. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of in this way. I will be visiting the store tomorrow to get this resolved.

No stars store is racially profile set up an appointment not a drop off guy told me I set up a drop off when I clearly stated everything that was wrong with the vehicle and explain to him. It was a simple fix of a thermostat when he seen. It was a black person. He told me the person that I already set the appointment up with three days ago was going to be off until the next following Monday, which didn’t make any sense to me because seem that I already worked at a Firestone

Brought car in, no check engine light. Technician broke my wheel speed sensor. Tried to charge me over $1000 to figure it out, diagnostics, checks, codes etc. Wheel speed sensor is on the wheel bearing. $250 fix (Somewhere else.). Not only did I hear the tech whisper to the manager that it was going to pass, but they then refused to tell me what code was on in the car. They then told me they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car because the scanner all of the sudden can’t read that specific code (but it DID read all others. Right). After 5 store trips, countless calls and emails, the issue was still not resolved. The manager was actually having his Range Rover serviced at the same time I was waiting for them to check my car over. I have proof of all of this in email and screenshots of the scanner the other shop used. Instead of honesty, they tried to frustrate me out of it. Firestone has no business working on cars.

Straight losers. Went in for an $21 inspection sticker. Cost me $550. Went to small claims. Sure enough they gave me all but $21 back. Wasted 4 hours of my time and two uber rides home and back. Careful using this place.

I had a 2pm appointment, go there check in and sat in the lobby and I noticed it was 3:30 pm and my vehicle was not in a Bay Area getting a full set of tires I was there, once I spoke up they started the work and I didn’t leave until 6:30pm, I’m only disappointed because this was an appointment not a walk in….

I arrived at 1:45 for my 2:00 appointment. My vehicle was not even brought into the shop until 4:00. During the time it was in the bay the technician that was working on my vehicle left the site to deliver a separate customer vehicle to their home for them and my vehicle was never assigned a different technician. After 5:30 my vehicle was finally brought to the alignment machine only for the technician to make no progress on it. In this time multiple customers that dropped vehicles off after me were able to pick their vehicles up before me and no updates were provided to me. It was only after my second request that I was informed that my vehicle had not passed the safety inspection and would not be drivable so I was able to have them stop attempting to perform an alignment on a vehicle that would absolutely not need one. I would urge anyone and everyone to stay away from this shop until serious changes are made. Adding a star as the new manager Eddie has reached out to me regarding the situation and assured me steps are being taken to ensure this does not happen to any other customers in the future. I look forward to giving them a second chance and will update my review again accordingly.

AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS So I had my truck looked at by this Firestone location about a week and a half ago. I knew what the problem was The weather was just making it inconvenient to fix it. This Firestone created $6,000 in fake repairs. They tried to tell me that the were multiple things broken and my entire exhaust needed to be replaced. So with the gorgeous weather I climbed underneath the truck today Guess what doesn't need to be replaced? Anything besides the part I knew was broken. I can only imagine how many people have walked into this location looking for help with an automobile and just been absolutely abused by these evil greedy people.

I am going to leave 1 stars because I feel as if they pick and choose who to help or be more responsive too. Idk. Maybe there is miscommunication amongst the mechanics, or they are busy, and overwhelmed. I spoke with Eddie he said give them about a week and it should be done. A brand new head gasket and it’s pretty costly, along with a new battery, and some other things. The problem is the communication. If it’s been passed a week or even at the week mark wouldn't you want to call and makes updates about whats going on with that persons vehicle, ecspecially if their paying $4,000 right?? When I passed by the shop a week later in a rental car my car was outside the shop as if it’s not even being worked on, you can call and update and say hey “we got the battery in and it’s running” anything! I’ve had to call them twice about the status of my vehicle and it’s like walking on eggshells because you don’t know if they are going to con you or actually help you.

They really need to do better with time management. Left my car for just an allignment at 1 PM it was sitting in the lot untouched after 4 whole hours. I would just leave it at 5 PM if it was said so. Also asked them if they could swap rear wheels with front (which takes literally 2 mins) and ofc got refused. Pricing and the quality of the work they do is okay.
