8/17 I show up to the Firestone auto care services, I brought my vehicle in for service, to replace the starter, I brought the vehicle in at 10am. The manager told me it will take a couple hours to get the service done it's now 2:10pm and still haven't done anything to my vehicle yet. I recommend never bring your car here service, the serviceman is very un professional with their service in CS, they don't notify you about anything. Im very unsatisfied with the service here, so think twice before your leave your car for service.

I brought my car here twice this week. I wanted an alignment done after getting a new set of tires. After i picked it up, the alignment was straight, but the steering wheel was 2 deg off center. I brought it back within the same week, and they kept almost all day with the car. I called to pickup and the manager said they are still figuring it out and abruptly hung up the phone. Upon my arrival to pick-up the car, he gave me an excuse of how their alignment equipment is incompatible with my car. Driving home, I noticed that my steering wheel is not 5 deg off center. What did I learn from this experience? Avoid this location. They made something that worked fine, worse and worse. It was a waste of my time. I will be going to the fountain valley location instead from now on.

Great experience here. They were fast, friendly and accommodating. Went in and didn’t try to upsell me. The manager(?) did mention something that was in need of repair but didn’t make me feel pressured to make a quick decision. Only reason for 4/5 stars was that they said they didn’t have the tires I wanted and were offering better tires but at the higher rate which wasn’t what I was expecting. Instead he had what I wanted transferred immediately to the shop, but it take 20 minutes for delivery which like I said, I wasn’t expecting. However, I’m still going back here. The service was so friendly and I appreciated the work they did.

This place sucks! They always have attitude, they look at you like they don’t give a care in the world. Make a appointment and instantly No type of let me see if I can reschedule you cause we short guys just I can’t. The guys here have no customer service at all. I brought my car in for an alignment. After the alignment was complete (which was still needed), we noticed another issue with the vehicle veering; it wasn't alignment related. I was quite surprised at how well and considerate they are for peoples' vehicles. They provided a complimentary diagnosis on the matter, and spent a good amount of time trying to figure it out. Even though we weren't able to come to any conclusion about what was wrong, they've given me a decent inspection on symptoms of other possible problems, which is a good start to getting a better diagnosis. Le was definitely helpful all throughout the process!

If you have a choice, take your car elsewhere… lazy techs and the service writer lied to me telling me he had two techs on my oil change and 4 tire replacement. When I confronted him on the length of time it’s taking (3+hours) and that when I worked at a tire shop it would have taken me mess than one hour by myself for both services, he flipped out on me telling me one of his techs was on lunch, he doesn’t lie, and that he’s 67 years old and doesn’t need to work. He proved his lie just in that statement alone. One of your techs was at lunch, bud. Don’t tell me you have two techs on it when one’s at lunch. You don’t, liar. And I don’t care if you don’t have to work. I do, and I need my car for my job. Since when is it okay to talk to an upset customer like that? The irony of it all is there’s a sign in the lobby of a quote by the founder of Firestone that says “I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business.” Yah, sure… Not at this Firestone. One star, well deserved. You earned it, Mr. “I’m 67, I don’t have to work”

Came with a pretty basic issue needing breaks redone the break rotors was rusting. They recommended new break fluid and getting it resurfaced however neglected to say that the rear rotors was too damaged to be resurfaced and they didn't bother even telling me they didn't do the back rotors or that it needed to be replaced until I questioned them.

My wife and I have been coming here for quite some time now, and we’re never going anywhere else! This location specifically has top notch service and people who actually care! Ming always remembers my wife and I both, takes the time to greet us, and not only does he remember us, but he remembers the type of service we usually request and automatically adds the complete care package for us because he knows we always get it! It’s like being a regular at a restaurant where they care enough to remember your order! Very thoughtful! This most recent trip Ming even took care of my car’s busted daytime light bulb for us on the house. Brought my car in at 11AM for an oil change appointment. Tech told me it would be 1.5 hours. After 3 hours, car still wasn’t finished, because I was told the employees were on lunch break. After 4 hours, I got my car back, and was charged $120 for checks I did not ask for. Do not go here, they take your money and waste your time!!!!

So kind and helpful. Came in mid day on a Saturday with a nail in the tire of our rental, local rental branches were closed for a switch, the removed and patched it and got us on our way in just over an hour. Not bad for busy time of day with no appointment! Would definitely recommend this location. Another location was going to make us wait hours and drop off only despite knowing we were on a time constraint due to being in a rental on vacation.
