I can’t say enough good things about Derek and the team at Firestone! Derek was not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way I could actually understand, and I never once felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. The service and check-out process was fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. My car is running better than ever thanks to Derek’s expertise. He even carefully cleaned the old inspection sticker before he puts up the new one! Just that detail proves how thorough he is at what he does!
