Having retired this year from managing auto repair shops , I needed a complete front suspension kit installed so I contacted my last employer/ owner of Aamco / Hampton and he offered me what I felt was a fair price to perform the labor. Book time was 3.5 hours. After it taking two days and two round trips to the peninsula from Chesapeake and two broken lug nuts and a finished vehicle driving home that shook and swayed like it had a mind of its own, I knew something wasn’t right. The third day I replaced the lug nuts and had a appointment preset to have new tires and an alignment done at R&R tire express on Battlefield in Chesapeake. Hoping the work would take care of the shaking and wandering the truck did driving it back from Hampton. The tech Mike called me over to my truck and showed me that every bolt on my front suspension had been left loose with the exception of one that was totally stripped out. He sensed my upset and assured me he would fix it all for me. As promised Mike did. I had spoke to Lance and Craig in the office and like the tech Mike, they also were reassuring and very professional. After the job was done and I drove the truck home , I am very pleased. After managing auto repair shops for over 37 years, I am so impressed with how professional, customer friendly, and knowledgeable the guys at R&R tire express are! They not only kept me informed as to the progress during the repair but offered cold water, hot coffee, chips, and a comfortable waiting area with TV to make the wait easier . The place was very clean and even the shop was super clean. Needless to say I am a very pleased customer for life now! Bravo guys, your top shelf in my opinion! A+++ operation! CM- Chesapeake VA. 01/25 Again went to R & R for another repair and replacement of shocks. As expected, the staff was very professional and accommodating. The tech I prefer is Mike and has my complete trust with any repairs or maintenance needed on my vehicle. He has always been outstanding in his ability and customer skills as well. Great place you can trust for your vehicles repair or tire / rims needs!!!

I feel they went above and beyond to make sure they ordered what i want and need to give me the best quality with no noise and a softer ride. While i waited i was offered coffee and snacks while watched tv. When my truck was finished the staff informed and showed me a mistake a prior Mechanic made to my front end so i can address the issue.
