Tire stores sell tires and they’re mostly apples to apples. The important thing is the service. Once in a while, something happens when you’re in business and you have to say I’m sorry I will take care of that.That’s the integrity check. This location passed with flying colors. it was nothing major just some decorative caps that I noticed missing after my tires were installed and they came through and ordered them for me.

This shop is a complete joke. They installed my tires, and within minutes of leaving, one went flat on the highway. Total incompetence and zero accountability from the manager, Heather. If you value your safety (and your money), do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Instead of addressing or diagnosing any mechanical problem I was concerned about. Service woman tried to sell me Battery, Brakes, Rotors etc. This establishment doesn't seem to follow ethical business practice. Rude customer service.

When i picked up my vehicle the settings to show the spedometer was gone. I drove 2 days without knowing my speed limit till I was able to fix it (I did not have the time to go back). They also did not turn off the matainance required light or put a sticker in the car for when the next oil change is due. That is nit being thorough in my book

PRICE GOUGING- NO TRANSPARENCY!! I called Tire Choice #1055 (1228 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, VA 23322) to schedule an appointment for an oil change. The amount quoted was approximately $40. I turned my car in at 10.49am. My car wasn’t ready until 4:41pm. I was charged $139.25. There is no way on earth that a simple oil change can go from $40 to approximately $140.00. They held my car hostage for an extra $100.00. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! THIS IS A SCAM AND A RIP-OFF!!

I used to do business with another company but the relationship was built on trust with Heather and several of the mechanics. That business was bought out and since, everyone I knew there was gone. I had to go back there because I had a road hazard claim on tires I purchased there 2 years ago. They wouldn’t honor the warranty. I prefer to limit confrontation electing to just leave; lick my wounds later. Drove to TireChoice to the care once again by Heather. She solved my issue quickly and the work was done perfectly. Never going anywhere else for tires.

Extremely disappointed with this shop. The pricing was outrageously high — I ultimately had the same work completed elsewhere for nearly four times less. What made the experience worse was the lack of competence from the staff. No one seemed to have a clear understanding of what was going on or could provide consistent answers. Despite scheduling an appointment, it took a full week just to receive a diagnostic, which is completely unacceptable. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I left with zero confidence in their ability or integrity. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before considering this shop.

Stay away from this place. Absolutely disgraceful taking advantage of people/families by price gouging…quoting you way lower and then increasing the price and adding things on when it’s time to do the work. An oil change and tpms sensor should never cost someone $350. (This was after a military discount and trying to talk them down). Also our appt was at 9:30…a waiting appt… and took 4 hours. Please save your money and time. It’s too precious in today’s world. We have 5 kids to feed and this was a hard lesson getting scammed.
