Avoid taking your vehicle here. Front desk manager was nice but that’s about it. Took my vehicle here twice for diagnostic and repair and both times my vehicle was kept for multiple days without even being looked and no notifications were made to me. Ended up picking my car up early from them on second trip. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money at a dealer but stay FAR away from here unless you want something simple like an oil change or patched tire.

Don’t waste your time with this business. They refused to schedule a state inspection with my other services and insisted that it’s first come first serve by state law— every other shop in Tidewater will squeeze a state inspection in if you come in for other services. I know this because I’ve worked as a service advisor. After keeping my vehicle for 4 days, they called to let me know it failed inspection for a “non-DOT approved LED headlight.” The entire front end of my truck was replaced after a hit and run in 2021, and it’s passed inspection no problem everywhere, INCLUDING THIS PLACE with the headlight bulbs that are in it. They wanted to charge me $74 per light to install halogen bulbs, plus the cost of the part. It takes one hand and about thirty seconds of your time to change a headlight bulb, so I’d like to know what medical school these dumb dumbs graduated from to charge as much as a lawyer for their time. If you have an older car, the inspector will do his best to tear it apart to squeeze a few extra dollars from you. Take it somewhere that isn’t looking for an excuse to fail you. So thanks for the $236 bill for an oil change, tire rotation, failed inspection and some windshield wipers. I’ll never return.
