I've unfortunately had to file a few claims due to accidents, and each time MiCar has been the assigned vendor. I've now worked with them three times, and every experience has been exceptional. Their customer service is outstanding, and they make the entire process incredibly convenient. They’ve partnered with Enterprise, so they call them to come pick you up (you have to already have a reservation on file.)—and when it’s time to return it, you can simply leave the vehicle with MiCar and they’ll handle the rest. Their efficiency and the quality of their work are top-tier. MiCar is now my go-to for any body work. While I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon, if I do, I know exactly where I’m going

I am so happy I decided to choose MiCar after my hit and run accident. I thought I had to use another company as it was listed as an option on my Progressive app. I went by that place and immediately it felt so wrong to leave my car there (fortunately my car was still drivable). I then decided to look elsewhere and started reading reviews. Wow! MiCar is rated one of the best. I called to make arrangements and the moment Kelly answered the phone I knew I had found "my" place. Eric was my main contact and he kept me aware of the progress. I felt cared for from the first moment I entered the office. . I picked up my car today and she looks better than new! And I got it 4 days early! They are the BEST. Don't consider going anywhere else if you need collision service.

Was in a collision. Checked their reviews. Checked their business license. And checked with the BBB before bringing my car to them. They looked at the car when I brought it to them scheduled an appointment to bring it back since it was drivable, and help me get to Enterprise car rental to pick up my rental car. When I picked it up I looked it over first signed the paperwork and was given the keys. They said that they would call me when one piece of molding came in which was only about a week later. And they kept their words promised. It took them a very short amount of time to get the molding onto the car after it was brought in. They did an excellent job. And I would recommend them to anyone with or without insurance for body work. I asked the adjuster who looked at it when I brought the car in if they would also put down for an alignment. I figured since the car was in an accident although it was sideswiped it probably Jarred it out of the alignment. And so they did it. All of this was run through my insurance company and I only had to pay a small deductible. I did not want to bring my car to the company's that I checked out with my insurance company although they said they would not guarantee my cars work. Well in my opinion they don't need to guarantee it because they guarantee it. And from what I read on the websites that I checked about the collision repair centers that they were hooked up with the majority of the customers were not satisfied with the insurance companies providers. My car is honest and when you give them a question the answer it honestly. I would recommend them to anyone.
