Updated Review: After initially having been told I had no appointment when I called to confirm, after scheduling online, the general manager reached out to me to discuss my scheduling situation. Mr. Melchers apologized for the troubles they are working tirelessly to correct with their online estimate system. It was greatly appreciated. I did take my vehicle in for an in-person estimate and scheduled repairs. I greatly appreciate the efforts to address all concerns and assist me in my vehicle repairs.

Car was done super fast once it was in the shop. They even got it done sooner than they expected. Nice staff, nice shop. They truly care about their customers. My only complaint is I thought my bumper was going to be blended into the quarter panel, they said that would have cost more but who was paying for the work would have paid whatever it cost to fix the car. So seems like a miscommunication on both parties. Still looks pretty good. Will use again in the future.
