We had a ton of work done but dropped the car off in SEPTEMBER OF 2020. He had time to diagnosis it and sent over an email on how much it would cost to fix it. We came in and paid the deposit and he was talking how he is the best in town and would be done with it in 2 weeks. WELL HERE IT IS MARCH OF 2021 AND HE KEPT GIVING US THE RUN AROUND EVERY TIME WE CHECKED IN ON HIM BUT ALSO GAVE HIM SPACE. NEXT THING YOU KNOW, HE HAS ADDED OVER 500 dollars in charges that were never talked about or approved and a 2 week job took him from Sept 2020 until March 2021. Since that time the inspection has gone bad and of course he doesn't do inspections so have to come here with a tow truck and realize that he has literally for almost 6 months just left the car out to rott. The car has been dented and stuff just falling apart on the car And he knew how badly we needed the car back. What really rubbed me the wrong way was his attitude, how he has left the car out here to rott, going way up on the price without saying a word and literally just quoted 2 weeks and allowed it to sit and took almost 6 months on the car

A DC Review from IT Tony: I totaled my Chevrolet Cobalt 2007 SS and I needed a car quickly and I needed a care that would be able to handle my driving. I wasn't working with a lot of money yet I had $6000 to put down and my credit score was slightly above 600 and I wanted something nice. I know, dream on right? To my surprise Philly wasn't allowing the purchase of cars during this time, since Covid-19 had just started, so on a whim I took a look at Trust Automotive in Sykesville, Maryland. Well, I was happy from the start. Customer service is everything to me since I work in the Information Technology Field as a Site Admin. Everyone was nice. David my salesmen. (Super great Guy- the one you need to ask for) The lady at the front who receives you for your "ON TIME" appointment. The guy bringing up whatever car you are looking at. The Finance guy Nick who you are happy to give your money to. And especially the mechanics who are knowledgeable, efficient, and eager to assist you in knowing that when you leave you will not be back for repairs. (Brendan, Yancey, and Blake) I can't tell you how happy I am with my 2012 White CLS 550 4 Matic Mercedes Benz!! I took it to the dealership and purchased the Pre-Purchase Inspection and received rave remarks. The dealership said that I was purchasing a magnificent car and that where ever I was purchasing from was giving me a great deal. It checked out on ever platform. Kelly Blue Book and Car Fax. David gets the most credit since he held my hand from start to this day if I need it. I purchased the best after market warranty Endurance 2 Level 4 Supreme to care for my White Benz in the event that anything may go wrong. It is a used car after all yet it is hard to tell. They really took great care of me and I appreciate them so much. I will be back to purchase again and I recommend them to everyone looking for not just a great car but a great experience made easy and understandable. Whoever the owner is of this car dealership you might want to show some appreciation for your employees who have made me and other so happy as buyers who don't even know what buyers remorse is. ahahaha David, Nick, Brendan, Yancey, and Blake are awesome. I had Ross tune my FRS after a header install. I'm very happy with the results. He got rid of the torque dip and the throttle response is noticeably crisper. He gave me good advice on future mods. I'd recommend that he add a veranda and juice bar for clients while they wait for work to be done.

Just like his shop name say, Ross of Trust Automotive is the only mechanic i trust around here in the Hampton roads area. He is honest, trustworthy, and his services are fairly priced. He tuned my Subaru BRZ first after I installed my supercharger and a year later he tuned it again after i installed my flex fuel kit to use e85 fuel. As an aircraft mechanic myself, i highly recommend Ross good and trustworthy mechanic.

I waited to write this review after having my car back for a while and am extremely happy. I had Ross tune a heads/cam build of mine in a Corvette and have had nothing but good experiences. Ross was easy to get in contact with throughout the whole process and explained everything he was doing in great detail. He is very picky about how the car drives in the best way possible.
