They charged me over 600.00 dollars to "diagnose" ... plug in a code reader..... and then 30 minutes to change out a 100.00 part, I have been working on diesels for 12 years and know what is going on.... they are THEIVES!

Zack with Express called promptly and gave us an accurate eta. Once on site, he was very professional. He explained his recovery plan and was open to suggestions and kept safety paramount. The plan evolved and each time he used extreme caution to prevent damage and injury. Express has a top notch fleet and I would definitely recommend their team.

These guys really helped me out! After calling 4 other companies and was given response times of 5 hours to 2 days, I called Tidewater Express. They were there in less than 60 minutes. Their dispatcher was extremely friendly and helpful. Their driver called and kept me updated as I waited. Ended up riding with the driver, super friendly and we had a lot of laughs on the ride to the dealership. Highly recommend!

Tidewater was sent out when my uhaul got stuck in the mud in a precarious spot. While they big truck that came out wasn't able to physically get to the uhaul, the driver was so kind. He explained in detail exactly what I needed, and provided a recommendation for someone local. He even stayed as long as he could waiting to make sure that person could help. That is exceptional customer service and person-centeted treatment. I will definitely call them in the future.
