The staff at this location are professional, honest, and timely. Inspection was thorough and made me feel like I could make an informed repair decision. The repair prices were very competitive. The technician noticed my splash shield was popped out of place and zip-tied it as a courtesy. There was an accidental overcharge that was immediately caught (not by myself, I wouldn't have known until the part went bad prematurely) and refunded within a couple of business days. My issue required me to pull over and slowly drive to the nearest mechanic, and I struck gold with this location. Highly recommend.

While traveling through the area back from vacation we got 2 flat tires on our vehicles. Being unfamiliar with the area we took a chance and brought our vehicle to the nearest Firestone location and could not have been happier with our choice! The Manager of the location, Carl, was friendly, knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful. We were able to get back on the road with 2 new tires in less than an hour (as he promised!). We could not have been happier for their services and helping us get our travels quickly back on track!

Derrick and Carl and the gentleman at checkout were so professional, courteous and helpful. The team ant Firestone did a great service by explaining the process to assess my issues of my air conditioning on my SUV. They were patient with me and I trying to grasp what was going on with my SUV. Their handling and care with my vehicle is greatly appreciated. I was grateful for the time that they took to explain to me what was going on with the air conditioner itself. In addition the process of getting the repairs done can be done in a timely manner when I have the financial means for the job.

We were returning to N.Y. from an OBX vacation and ran something over in the road after traveling 1 hour of the 10 hour trip we had ahead of us. It was 3:30 in the morning and we were towed to the Firestone store. Dustin and his crew started arriving to work at 8:00 a.m. , but the store didn’t open to the public until 9:00 a.m. Since we had already lost so much travel time, my husband walked over to talk to Dustin at 8:20. He was kind and assured us he could take care of us, but had to open the store first. Once he was done (before the store was actually open and only a few minutes later) Dustin grabbed my husband and they found the tires we needed and said he’d have us back on the road in an hour to an hour and a half. Derek was great and got the job done efficiently. Dustin was super pleasant, understanding and helpful. If we lived in this area, we would no doubt use this store for all of the services they provide. I highly recommend you consider using this store.

Today I had to bring my van in for a flat tire. This was at 3pm and they were short staffed, but they still had my van ready for me that day before closing. Very Awesome Caring service!!! Thank You So Much!!! The representatives I worked with were polite, professional and helpful. I appreciate their recommendations and input on which items should have a higher priority. Its easy to get an appointment and my vehicle has always been completed by the time promised or before.

THIS PLACE IS COATED WITH HONESTY!! Just came back from long road trip, and felt the front end shaking when I hit the brakes. Thinking I needed new front brakes, I called for an appointment and they got me right in. They had replaced the brakes and rotors about a year and a half ago, so I was covered by warranty for most of it, and I was out the door the same day for UNDER 10.00. FIRESTONE IS MY GO TO!

I had my car towed to the location due to a tire blow out and was greeted by one of the employees, Zach Snead. Zach was not only extremely professional in his dealings with me providing me with great information in selecting a replacement tire, but went above and beyond in making sure that my car was dealt with in a timely manner so that I wouldn't have to make a second trip to the Edinburgh Commons location the following day. He was extremely friendly and understanding of my circumstance and displayed fantastic customer service skills throughout all of my dealings with him. I will be recommending that location to everyone I work with at Hickory High School for any auto maintenance needs they may have based in large part on my experience with Zach. Thank you, Zach!

Carl was a great help and very professional while getting our Audi bought sight-unseen from Carvana in for an engine light that was on when the car was delivered. Knowing we were on a 7-day tether to accept or decline the car, he got it looked at and discovered all that was wrong was Carvana service had overfilled the oil and Audis don’t have a dipstick so… Anyway, Carl had my car in and out in 1.5 days and I was a frantic walk-in with no appointment! Traveling back from OBX and the truck started giving all kinds of warnings lights. Stopped at Firestone and told Carl about the issue. The shop was very busy, but Carl told me to pull up to one of the doors so he could complete a quick diagnosis. He noticed some old codes, that he reset. All the warning lights went out, and Carl had us back on the road heading home to Richmond in about 30 minutes. The manager and technician were extremely kind and helpful. They were also very efficient. I actually had a 4pm appt for an alignment then realized I also needed my tire balanced. I brought my car in early to ask if they could also do the balancing. Not only did they accommodate my needs, but it was all done by 1:10pm!!!! I couldn’t be more pleased!
