According to their Southern Hospitality Buyers program you’re authorized maintenance at any Southern Dealer. According to their staff that enjoys yelling at customers they do not honor that agreement. The only Southern that does this.

At 9am on a Saturday worked out a deal after speaking for a few hours the previous night with the sales rep named Marley over the phone and was told to come in and be out the door with the truck I wanted. He promised to have everything ready to go when I got there. Im driving at least 45 minutes to get to the dealership and needed to stop by the bank. Well after my stop at the bank it’s about 10am Marley gives me a call saying the truck I was trying to buy is being shown to someone else and that I should hurry up and get there because it is first come first serve. I ask him how can that be the case if we had already negotiated and agreed to terms. Marley replied with I didn’t put a security deposit so it’s out of his hands but tells me to come in anyways because the guy might not get approved for the truck. Well I finally reach the dealership and marley is trying to sell me a different truck because he let the truck I was going to purchase be sold off. Huge waste of time. That is not the way business should be done. Just ridiculous.
