I needed a motorcycle wheel straightened and the people here were super helpful and informative. They let me know up front the price and since my wheel was aluminum that there was a chance of the wheel cracking. The next morning I got a call and the rim was good to go, they even put a bit of primer on the affected area where the paint chipped off. They offered me a package deal to straighten and powder coat the wheel too. I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who needs wheel repair from here on out.

I had a great experience, I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of all of the folks I interacted with. I brought my car in for a bent wheel, they found a couple more and brought me back to the car to show me what was what. I had previously been told one of the wheels wasn't so bad, but it obviously was and it was great to just be shown the issue so I could see for myself. I really appreciated the transparency and honesty. Dropped my car off without an appointment, everything was good to go within a couple hours, and now my car rides smoothly again! Incredibly happy with the work and the service. If I have a run in with any other potholes I'll be going back.

I initially stopped by to have 4 wheels re-powder coated and curb rash removed. The gentleman that looked at my wheels stated that it would cost around $800 for sandblasting and powder coating with a five day turnaround. When I dropped the car off another gentleman asked if I was aware of cost, to which I said yes, $800ish. He stated “that’s just for the sandblasting.” Total price would be closer to $1300. I asked to speak with the guy who originally quoted me the $800 and was told he wasn’t there. Unfortunately, I was pressed to get the work done so I moved forward with the job. It ended up taking a week and a half for them to complete the work, but so far it appears to be a quality job that’s why I’m leaving ⭐️⭐️. I have since discovered that there are other local companies that charge about 1/2 of what these guys charged me for the same quality. That said, BEWARE of bait-and-switch pricing at this place.

Absolutely outstanding work. I had them black out all the silver trim and chrome wheels on my 2016 supercharged Range Rover Sport. It looks amazing, and their work was perfect. Brought it back to have several dents repaired, and it looks like the car is brand new. I’d give them my absolute highest recommendation, and I will be bringing my car back for any future work it needs!

I hit a curb hard with my rim. It wasn't a scratch. I did some decent damage. Great quality repair for the price. I'd have to get down and inspect the rim to find where they fixed it. If you didn't know it was repaired you'd never see it. Exactly what I wanted. I have no doubt if I wanted to pay more money they could fix it to where you couldn't tell even if you inspected the rim with a magnifying glass. Just didn't mean that much to me. I have a nice truck not a show car. On top they fixed it in 24 hours.

Several years ago these guys refinished the alloys on my X5 and they still look great today. They just repaired and refinished the alloy wheel on my Jaguar and I couldn’t be happier. Perfect color match and they also rebalanced the wheel. If you want a quality finish, then don’t go anywhere else.

I definitely feel robbed. Staff was nice and professional. Why 3 stars? Minus 1 star for how inconsistent the paint is. Minus 1 star for how expensive it was. I brought my wheels here because I didn't think I could do a professional enough job with rattle can spray paint, but it looks exactly like i did it with spray paint. It looks like they just sprayed it from the front and made no effort to get in between the spokes, so you just see over spray and a rough texture. I was immediately suspicious of this when they wet it down before giving them to me. See pictures to see what I'm talking about, the paint is grainy and rough looking from every angle.

The staff at Pro Rim was super cool and powder coated my pitted AF rims with this sweet hot pink. There are a few minor flaws but we negotiated the price (they offered to recoat the rims but hey, it’s a 13 year-old car). I’m tickled pink!

Highly recommend this place. They do amazing work!! They told me my rim would probably not be able to be repaired but they gave it a shot! They were able to repair/shape my rim enough to hold air in my tire until I find a replacement. We will be using them again soon for minor rim scuff repairs on another vehicle.

Had a little unplanned meeting with a curb in my Mustang. The technicians were very knowledgeable and upfront about color matching the wheels and the possibility they might be structurally damaged. Turns out one of them was unrepairable, so I ended up buying two new wheels and having them mount and balance them for me. They were very professional throughout my experience and worked with my hectic work schedule. Although I wish I didnt need two new wheels,I'm very appreciative they were honest about the damage, and not just trying to make money. Highly recommend!

I brought my car to Professional Rim Repair to fix 2 heavily “curb rash” damaged rims. I pulled up and immediately someone was available to take a look at my car and give me a professional recommendation for repair. They quoted me a great price and I made an appointment right away. I dropped off my car at the end of business on a Monday and it was ready by lunch time on Wednesday. The rims look brand new. You would never be able to tell there was any sort of damage on them!! Stellar work!!
