Never have a good experience here. Whether dropping off and waiting or scheduling an appointment. No rhyme or reason to who they see. I was the third car in line when I dropped it off at 7am and had a 9am appointment. Call at 1300 and was told car won’t be done till end of day

I brought in my vehicle a couple of months ago for a scheduled “wait with vehicle” appointment to have my routine oil change and tire rotation done. It took almost 4 hrs. I have brought vehicles to different Toyota service centers in various states, and it has never taken more than an hour and a half to complete for a scheduled appointment. Needless to say I will not be repeat customer at this location.

Kenyan helped me today when he wasn’t even my service advisor. I had a question and my service advisor wasn’t available. Kenyan jumped right on and even drove my car around back to get Chris to help. Both guys are great! Will ask for Kenyan in the future and would ask for Chris if I could.

Love going to my service advisor every time I visit the dealership for service. Even if it’s a wait. He is very tentative to my needs, is very knowledgeable about the services for my car, and is always very hasty. He always tries his very best to not have me wait such a long time for my service needs. Kenyan Mullen is the best.

Very frustrated with my visit today. Was denied an oil change and told I was not due for one when I was. The last oil change I received was in April at 31,000 miles. Today, took my vehicle in with 36,700 and a ‘maintenance required’ message on my dash. Was told by the service advisor I was not due for an oil change but needed a tire rotation and that’s why the maintenance required message was coming up. So I went ahead and did the tire rotation as recommended and didn’t think too much of it. Got home and looked up my service history after picking my vehicle up and seeing the next service sticker at 42,000 miles. So I would be going 12,000 miles without an oil change. Never had a bad experience at Priority Toyota and have always trusted their recommendations, but after today I’m not too sure.

I always make sure that when my check engine light comes on that I go to priority Toyota in Chesapeake. This visit had a different type of check engine light. I had a valve that needed to be replaced because it was faulty. I worked with Kenyan Mullen and explained that the fee to have it done, was too expensive. He made sure I was taken care of AND helped me with financing through Sunbit. I was able to have the problem fixed. When I tell you what amazing customer service he provided truly touches my heart. He saw a PERSON in need and did his best to help. I’m BEYOND appreciative!!
