A little over 1 months ago. I came to this store. My car would not shift. A wonderful guy named William came out to assist me. I started with a battery long overdue and the car would run. It would not shift. William being so knowledgeable new exactly what the problem was. His expertise solved my problem and I was on my way. I can't thank William and auto zone enough. I visited this location for a new battery and was blown away by the level of service here! Mike helped me find the right battery and walked me thru installing it. He was patient, kind, professional, knowledgeable & thorough. He even checked the fluids in my vehicle and made a few maintenance recommendations before sending me on my way. I'm not "car repair savvy" by any means but felt at ease here. Ladies if you need a part for you car, or a problem diagnosed, stop in this store- ask for Mike, he's awesome!
