This NTB-Mavis Location was amazing. I went in for a regular vehicle inspection and they took time out to show me everything my car would need in the future. They took time out to explain my cars issues rather than just trying to sell me, which I really appreciate. Great team and Great service. I highly recommend.

They have changed management and I will no longer use this location. Good luck if you choose to. I might have gone on an off day but was not happy with my last experience. I have used this shop several times. Recently I had an issue come up and they were able to squeeze me in when I was in a bind. I had to wait but that is completely understandable given the nature of service they provide. Very friendly and very helpful. I have been to other shops like this and the is a reason they always get my business now.

Installed an alternator in June 2022 and it has gone bad by Oct 2024. States they only have a 1 year warranty on parts, unable to help me. Took them almost 2 weeks to replace in June 2022. I do not trust this location for service.
