Had a big family emergency & had to drive home to Georgia but I had a nail in my tire. I called this place and even though they were booked up the lady took me in and was super understanding. They had the tire I needed in stock & were super duper fast getting me on the road. You can't put a price on peace of mind. Thank you Melissa, Adam & Amy! You guys are hands down the best ever!!

BEWARE STATE INSPECTIONS We took my mom's van there and the tech tried to tell us there was a issue with the suspension and it would be up to $2400 to fix we said no thanks. The tech said it was a common issue with older toyota vehicles, we have owned nothing but toyotas and NEVER had that issue. We took it to an actual toyota dealership and it passed with flying colors.

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection a week prior. I was told that they do not have appointments for state inspections and that the state inspection would fall into first come first serve. Totally understand. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 for a 9 AM on 30 August 2025 appointment. I spoke with the manager and reconfirming why the vehicle was in for service. I was once again told that there are no appointments for state inspections and I would be #8 for that. I was then assured that the vehicle would be done by the end of the day. Totally get it. At 4 PM I had not heard anything. I called the location and was told the state inspection would not be done until Tuesday. I talked to the manager again and he said they had gotten backed up. I went to pick up my vehicle, assuming the tire rotation and oil change had been done. I was wrong, they never even looked at my vehicle. I asked the manager why this had happened and he said since I added the state inspection it put me to the back of the line for the day for all services. I told him no one told me this and had someone done so I would have skipped the inspection. The store closes at 5 and had I not called I am convinced it would have sat there. To beat it all there were two other individuals in there with complaints I cannot even fathom. One customer had the completely wrong size tire put on and another customer had been waiting all day for a brake job and all they did was a state inspection. I am not a keyboard warrior and have used this place multiple times for tires and service with no issues. Who ever the manager was on Saturday 30 Aug 2025 was in way over his head. I actually felt sorry for the people at the front desk taking the brunt of the complaints.

Received some great service today. I didn’t catch their name but the kind lady at the front desk was super helpful. I dropped my car off on my lunch break in a hurry, and they took care of me very fast and efficiently. They were diligent in checking for tire leaks, ended up being a minor problem. They ensured me the tires were all in good shape and I walked away free of charge. Thank you!

I have used NTB for as long as I can remember and recently I had all of my vehicles worked on, a brake job, some tires, state inspections, and oil changes. Hands down, this has been the best experience with any NTB locations that I have used. The manager and crew look invested and committed to doing a good job. Not to mention, they gave me a great deal I couldn't have found somewhere else. Highly recommend this location!

This is my second year using this location for all my car's needs and I won't be going anywhere else. All of my concerns were addressed. Everyone was professional and helpful, and fully transparent with what my car needed. Other places would constantly try to sell me things I didn't need and then would be rude when I declined. That's not the case here which I really appreciate. I also find the prices here very reasonable. Highly recommend 👍

Got car back they hit a curb scrape paint and damaged rim admitted it didnt come in offered to paint it. How about fixing it but he soon became deffensive adimit his guy disnt do it.would never bring my car back. Careful all young ppl dont care and dont own mistakes
