I was in need of 2 new back tires, called them at 930 in the morning went there at 11am they were pretty busy, went inside talk you the employee don’t remember his name but was standing to David at the time . We went out checked my tires with his scanner went back inside he was very nice and efficient , Broke everything down to me. I was very happy with customer service, the price for it all was made me very happy will be going back soon

Had the BEST experience here! Staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They were also patient with me as I battled my “I didn’t come here to spend all of this money” angel on my shoulder. They had one tire in stock with my other three on order. The tires were expected to arrive and get installed on Monday. The service manager, Joe, ran and picked up the other three tires so I could save a trip. I didn’t find out until my car was done. Even with all that stuff going on in the background, counting from the time I paid, my car was done within 45 minutes on a BUSY Saturday morning. Beyond grateful! Thank you Joe, Dave, and Robbe!

So I have been a loyal Discount Tire customers but this past experiences just reminds me why I love this place so much. Was traveling back from Bardstown, KY and while on the road my tire light came on. I stopped Waynesboro, WV location and got me in quick. They found that one of my TPMS sensors was dead and another one had low battery so I had them replace them. After replacing them they was having a issue programming them to my vehicle. So the manager gave me his card because I was just passing through. He contacted the Chesapeake location and gave them a heads up that I would coming in to get this issue resolved. Once back in town I went to the Chesapeake location where I was helped by one of the most decaded employees who went though numerous steps before figuring out it was my OBD had a blown fuze. Once the fuze was changed he hook up the programmer and it work to perfection. I highly recommend this Chesapeake location and Discount Tires general outstanding customer service!!!!!!!
