I had a flat tire and had my truck towed there on January 16th. While I was waiting for the techs to take a look at it, I overheard the manager, Stephanie, dealing with a very grumpy woman. Stephanie handled it very professionally and with grace, even with the woman’s attitude getting worse and worse. With management like this, I will definitely be back for future services!

It’s one thing to mess up a job that impacts me. I’m not going to go nuts over that. When you play around with the tires on the car my wife uses to transport my kids, that’s a different story. Everything I care about is literally depending on your tire patch job and you couldn’t even get that right. Some jobs allow for small mistakes like a fast food person forgetting your fries. A tire place does not have the luxury of mistakes because those mistakes could be the final thing your customer ever sees or experiences. After talking with Darryl, it is clear to me that this location does not understand the importance of their job or the value of providing great customer service. I would shut down this location if I had the power or knew how to make that happen. Not only will I not recommend this location, I will actively work and go out of my way to share my story with as many people as I can!

Tire Choice (location off of Hillcrest Parkway in Chesapeake, VA) was the best! On the way to the OBX my SUV got a deep puncture in its tire. Tire Choice was able to receive my vehicle upon arrival. New tire was installed amd the wait time was under an hour. The best tire service experience I’ve had.

Got two flat tires on a road trip back home… when every other tire place we tried was closed, the folks at this Tire Choice were kind enough to squeeze us into their busy schedule and get us back on the road. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, they saved us from having to find a hotel for the night and put an end to our stressful search for new tires. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. This occurred on 9/2/24, at around 330-5pm. Everyone who was working during that time deserves a raise or a bonus, in my humble opinion.

Tire choice on Carmichael way in Chesapeake is awful! Only giving one star because 0 isn’t an option. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE. Routine oil change almost cost me my brand new car. The oil filter was not the recommended oil filter for the job and did not seal…. Oil is all over my driveway and I had to redo the whole job myself. This could have ruined my car! Contacted corporate. Still waiting to hear back but I’m guessing I’m gonna have to go to small claims court just to get my money back….. this company is a joke! I spent a good portion of my day afterwards locating tools, buying the oil pan.:.. all that jazz…. Because I didn’t wanna drive my car since I had no idea how low it was (dip stick indicated it was pretty low) Needless to say, Nobody from the company has contacted me…. Horrible customer service. (I have much better video than picture…. I didn’t realize that you could only post photos on these reviews.)

Highly Recommend! Amazing staff! Really saved the day! We had a broken brake line on the way home from the beach. We were 3 hours from home and not having any luck finding a shop that wanted to work on a Mercedes or had the ability to get us immediately. All of the rental companies did not want to give us a vehicle unless we were going to return it locally so we were in a bind especially traveling with an infant. We found this Tire Choice and both of the team members went above and beyond (had to get special tools-Mercedes) and got us fixed, on the road and home safely. Thank you both again!
