I am not an engineer of any kind--I know very little about cars and I know even less about fixing them or what said fixes might cost. That being said, if I were to take my car into a big-name car shop, the chances of them taking advantage of my lack of knowledge are very high. With CarScope, I brought my car in with no idea what was wrong with it. Lights were going on and other such nonsense. Turns out, there was more going on than just the lights due to some less than professional work that had been done previously. CarScope took care of my car professionally and thoroughly. They called several times during the experience to make sure I understood what was necessary and what could wait till later. They went above and beyond in their service. At a big-name shop, I would have probably spent an arm and a leg for the repairs and maintenance. But CarScope is more than fair. They make sure you understand what you are paying for and why it costs that much. I am very pleased with my experience and will likely go back if/when I need to.★★★★★ 4 years ago
