Don’t not call them if you drive Volvo very unprofessional they didn’t do any work and charge me for labor fee 200$ when the mechanic himself said he didn’t do any work on my truck scammers be careful they will show up and give you a bill even they don’t work on your truck

Scammers all the way.....sold us seats that were NOT the ones from the ad - #1 - they were in pieces/ad shows them FULLY assembled, #2 - NOT even the same color as the ad - ad is a gray and green and the ones they sold is are grey and grey, and #3 - both seats are electric when the ad CLEARLY SHOWS the passenger seat is manual and the drivers side is electric. I'd NEVER send anyone to these people.

I hate to leave negative feedback about this company but I'm frustrated with the service I received. That's just it! I didn't receive any service. I called ahead of time to schedule a pm on my truck and Tim(the office guy) says"bring it on in around 1pm". I waiste fuel and do so getting there around 1 130pm only to find out the mechanic can't service my truck today. There's the first problem. COMMUNICATION! So I decide, because I know the mechanic and he's a good guy who knows his work, that I'll leave my truck there overnight and they can do the pm the next day. The mechanic promises he'll get it done first thing in the morning. I return the next day at 12pm only to find they haven't touched my truck at all so I'm very disappointed that they let me down and doubt if I'll come back because I took off work to get this done and was put on the back burner. Sorry but don't waiste your time here. Learn from my hardship.

Drove there 4 hours to pick up a set of seats that were supposed to be all together. The seats they gave me were in a million pieces and weren't even the seats I went for. Couldn't tell they were wrong until I got them home and started putting them together

Had a coolant leak in my truck that they were able too identify quickly unfortunately was stuck overnight due to the time of day but they did a quick and phenomenal job to get me back on the road everyone i interacted with were professional and genuinely nice people

I gave them four stars to be generous more like 3.5 the wait time was good service okay minus them not putting my vale stem cap back on, they are reasonable price. Overall not a bad place to get work done. I will consider them if I ever need work done on my truck in the Chesapeake area.

Thanks to R&J My Cascadia was repaired and back on the road in an hour of being there. The staff were very friendly and honest and very knowledgeable about what's going on with my truck .
