I’ve always had good things to say about big Al’s (particularly this location) was my fav until recently. I had my alternator replaced here in mid 2022 and so when my car started acting up i didn’t expect it to be that. When I found out it was the alternator I was thinking ok well it should at least have a lifetime warranty on the parts so I called big Al’s & they said 12 months omg. So I called the auto parts store and they say they had to get a cheap one because most alternators come with lifetime warranty. Wow I am so pissed so now I have to replace the alternator AGAIN so they have definitely lost me as a customer and a few of my family members as well.
