Dropped of my truck for repair. They told me they are busy it will be a few days before they can get to my truck. After 2 weeks they still had not gotten to my truck. The owner of the shop got on the phone was very RUDE and said either come pick up the truck or stop calling and they will just call me when they have the job completed. Very unprofessional.

The rollback I operate brakes locked up on me today and got it towed to National Fleet Repair Inc. where they fixed it and got me back in it and rolling by this afternoon.I don't make money when the truck is down and they provided great fast on point service.They are awesome and on my Christmas mailing list LOL.

Mistake. Clutch hard to use , noisy. Burning smell well I can see they removed my exhaust brake. Parts here to repair. Not on truck. Found in tool box. Messed up starter button and starter. Having to replace both. Was bad when I picked it up. Was not going to leave there speedometer not working when I picked it up

Had a bad starter on my truck and it wouldn’t turn over,,,National Fleet wasted no time and actually came out to where I was and fixed the problem!!!,,, I was back on the road before I knew it! Another time I had a bad radiator and they took it out and put a new one in in less time than I had anticipated,,, they are fast and professional and I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them if anything else happens!!! The people here are great. Excellent mechanics,. DJ , Caleb and Jessy do excellent work. They are now my shop of choice . It’s nice as the owner of a tractor that you can take your truck in to a shop and feel confident that it’s in good hands. DJ has worked on my tractor the past 2 times and has called me with updates letting me know what is happening and of there are any further issues. The owner Tim and his boss Michelle are great to work with. Good shoos are very difficult to find anymore. I’ve done well finding this shop. Thank you everyone at National Fleet Repair for being a too notch shop with too notch people.

I have been using national fleet for several years to repair my trucks after my friend recommend them to me. As anyone with big trucks knows there is nothing scarier then having to trust a mechanic to treat you fairly, and when you do find one who treats you fair it’s a beautiful thing when you can just drop a truck off and know it’s going to be fixed quickly, correctly, and not get a bunch of extra things that need to be “fixed” and not have to worry how bad the bill is going to hurt. 10/10 Reccomend

Our rollback suddenly lost all fuel pressure and would not start. Had truck towed in and they jumped on it right away. They gave clear and direct diagnosis with no fluff. Had the part ordered and installed and the truck runs great. Staff was very friendly and I really got the sense that they wanted to get us back on the road because they cared about their customers and take pride in what they do.
