Came in for a brand new tire due to hitting a pot hole. My service was done very quickly and I was explained of the whole process and given recommendations for proposed other services. I would defiantly return as send others

Went in for my tires rebalanced and took a bit but it was fine then my tire pressure light has been on since. It has the correct amount of air. I called to ask them about it and they told me to come in and they could plug something in to get rid of the light at 4:30. I come in and tell me it’s gonna be an hour!! They want me to wait an hour for something that wasn’t a problem before I came in!! Causing a new problem then wanting me to wait an hour to fix it!

I had a tire light come on and pulled in and "Dylan" came out immediately and thoughtfully checked and put air in each tire.He also took time to show me where the details of the air pressure are located and other helpful information. I felt like a VIP with this young man. Very kind and a real pro. I just mostly want to say that Firestone is lucky to have him, an super great employee.

Came in to get a basic brake bleed. Was quoted $100. When I brought my vehicle in the next day they wouldn’t do it and insisted I do a full brake inspection, brake bleed, and abs bleed totaling almost $300 of work. Unnecessary extra cost and work for something I didn’t need. Refused to do the basic brake bleed that I was originally quoted for. Don’t let your family members take their vehicles here. They’ll getbupsold on everything and unnecessary work done.

They told me to show up and they will swap the battery for my car and it took them 2 hrs. Like a simple battery change. Super slow unless you have all day to stay out here for a quick fix.

This location has made an impressive turnaround under its new management. They take the time to explain the repairs clearly and ensure the job is done right. I’ve brought all of my vehicles here and had no issues.

Kevin was very responsive and went out of his way to help get my car from my home to Firestone to complete the service. What I thought would be a complicated day was made easy due to the response of the Firestone techs. Everything was completed in a timely manner and everyone was courteous and knowledgeable.

SOOOO SLLLLOOOOOWWWWW..... Had appointment. Arrived early. 2.5 hours later I got the "recommended service" call - for things I'd just had done. Call ended with "they're just about done." 2 hours later, "they're just about done." Finally, after an entire day waiting, it was done — with a long list of other things I "really should do." Don't ask a customer if they're going to wait if you're going to take all day - tell them in advance "to put 4 new tires on your car we need 8 hours, 2 hours per tire"

Came in for a tire patch as I got a nail on my tire. Tech suggested an alignment. My car does not even have 500 miles on it. That is unacceptable. Obviously I’m going to say no but they should recommend services that are not needed. I bought the car 4 days before. A part from that, it took them 3 hours to get the patch done. Mind you there was only one other person waiting when I arrived. It is an extremely slow location.

Took car for an alignment. Husband even took it in- if you know, you know. "Sorry, your car is too busted and all your tires are shot. We can fix it for seven thousand dollars." Literally. Seven. Thousand. Dollars. Husband stared. Came home. Ordered a few parts, the tires are fine. All of $600 in parts, and less than half of what they said was wrong, is wrong, and wasn't the catastrophic nightmsre they said it was. Husband's line of work is, uh... a little better at fixing stuff than FirestoneGuy. Trust. Do not not not. An aside, Jason's Tire in Aberdeen will treat you right. It's where I go when the Mr is elsewhere.

Wasted over 2 hours there. Had a appointment for a alignment at 3pm. Got there at 2:40 pm. The guy took my Keys said give him a couple of hours. 3:40 pm they took my car back and did a service inspection complementary. Around 4:12 pm I had a missed call. My husband walked in the guy told my husband what they found in the inspection. Then told my husband it would be about 20 more minutes. Puts the car being done at 4:32 pm. My husband and I had our two kids with us. We had someone coming to pick up my husband and kids. But because we were told 20 minutes we called our friend and said never mind. Around 4:50 pm I walked in to see how much longer. Only to find out that haven't even looked at my car for the alignment , they were backed up and the guy thought someone already started on it. So my husband went in to see how much longer it was gonna take. They told him anywhere between 30 minutes to a hour and a half. So we left. So upset. Wasted most of our Friday afternoon waiting. They could of done the complementary inspection at the end or even asked us if we wanted it. All we wanted was the alignment.

Service Advisor (Michael) provided outstanding info on tires and recommendations for my Truck. Firestone also alerted me on several recommendations based on Mileage. I was just at the Chevy dealership yesterday for an oil change etc. and was not provided with the services recommendations. Thank to you Michae,l and the mechanic who replaced my tires and provided recommendations. R/ D Ross

For some reason, the service team always gets my car's make and model wrong in their system. This is concerning because if I need warranty service, they might deny it due to the incorrect records. It's essential that they update their system with the correct information to avoid any potential issues. After experiencing issues with my steering wheel being off-center and a slight drag, I paid $132 for a wheel alignment. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved, leaving me uncertain about the quality of the service and hesitant to recommend it.

Excellent Service at Firestone! Took my truck in for service and the team at Firestone knocked it out of the park. They were professional, quick, and kept me updated every step of the way. The work was done right the first time, and my truck is running smoother than ever. Friendly staff, fair pricing, and top-notch customer care. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing reliable service!

I went in for an oil change with an appointment already made. I presented a coupon to John at the front desk and asked if this was the price I would be paying and he confirmed that he could put that price on my invoice. I then proceeded to wait almost 2 hours after being told it would take no more than 1 hour and 15 minutes (with my 2 very young children). An hour and 20 minutes into the service, they told me I needed an alignment. I do not need one as my car is brand new, this is the FIRST oil change I've ever had done on my car, it has less than 9,000 miles on it. I told them that I don't want anything more than what we had previously discussed. Over 45 minutes later, I go to pay and they quote me over $150. I was very confused and asked the gentleman checking me out, I believe his name was Michael, why the price has changed and he doesn't even know what I'm talking about. Apparently, John hadn't told him or put the coupon into the system and come to find out that they had put in a completely different oil than I had asked for. So they were trying to charge me for a service I didn't approve of on my vehicle. This is exactly why I asked for the price confirmation BEFORE ever letting them touch my car. They did honor the price originally discussed as a "one time thing because of a miscommunication" but it definitely seemed like they were trying to make it look like my fault. Honestly a scam, I don't see myself ever returning here.

Better off from this place! This just an advice to my fellow Soldiers. This place reminds me some other establishments outside of Bragg. First I was treated as a liar for requesting alignment based on my lifetime plan. The front desk guy told me it is not possible I paid lifetime alignment on my car because it is not in the system. When I showed him the receipt he sent me last year in September, I got just silence. When all the work was completed (tires replacement and the attempt to a wheels alignment), the mechanic told me "can do alignment because some parts need replacement ". I went to my car to find out my steering wheel, dashboard, sun visor, door and door frame were abundantly colored on black grease and dirt, and one of my center wheels cap was broken. Please stay away from this shop until this issues are addressed. MTF soon.

So this was where we happily have taken our cars for the last 12 years. Our AC went out and we brought it in and paid $122.99 for “computerized engine analysis”. They called and told us the result was that the system needed to be recharged. Paid $341.72 for them to then call me and say oops it’s actually reading that a knob needs to be replaced. So they recharged it before doing the tests and I’m out that money and still needing to do the fix. We also had our TPMS light on. Paid $362.51. TPMS light is still on. Woke up the next morning and lo and behold now the check engine light is on. I don’t know when they got new mechanics or a new manager, but I would 100% recommend steering clear from the Butner road Firestone. After 12 years we will never go back. Not only did they lie and charge me before completing the computer analysis, but they broke my car more than is was when I took it in

I am extremely concerned about the workmanship and lack of accountability from the Firestone location on Fort Bragg. In June 2025, I brought my vehicle in for an alignment prior to traveling out of state for a funeral. This was the second funeral in a 2 week time span, so I was significantly emotionally drained. I purchased the lifetime alignment package based on years of positive experiences with Firestone as a military family. At the time, my tires were brand new, installed the week prior and driven less than 50 miles. I was not provided an alignment report or any documentation showing before-and-after specifications. I was simply handed the keys and told the vehicle was good to go. I know I should have asked for one, but I was so pre-occupied with everything that was going on and the last minute travels that I was honestly just going through the motions. By late August, the vehicle began experiencing handling issues. I drive an Alfa Romeo Q4 (AWD), and the all-wheel drive system appeared to be engaging excessively. Assuming it was a mechanical issue, I spent several hundred dollars replacing components. By mid October, the vehicle felt unsafe enough that I stopped driving it entirely. In February, during a more comprehensive inspection, my mechanic discovered the actual cause to be the rear alignment nuts had been left completely loose. There were no secured adjustments maintaining rear alignment. As a result, the rear tires, less than a year old and nearly $300 each, were severely worn on the outer edges and beginning to separate. This was not gradual wear. It was the direct result of an improperly completed alignment. Loose rear alignment components present a serious safety hazard. The potential consequences of this oversight are obvious and concerning. I am fortunate this did not result in a catastrophic failure while driving at highway speeds as this is my daily vehicle and I use it to drive my children as well. Additionally, my vehicle’s side skirting was significantly damaged while in Firestone’s care, damage that was not present prior to service. I was extremely upset about this, but I had so much else going on and I am not one to complain, that I was willing to eat the cost of this repair. But come on... I can't just stay quiet now. You didn't just cost me the side skirting repair, you cost me so much more. I have contacted Firestone and have yet to receive a meaningful response. At this point, I am forced to replace expensive tires prematurely due to negligent workmanship. I am hopeful Firestone will take responsibility for both the financial loss and the safety risk created by this service failure. As a long-standing customer and military family, this experience is unacceptable. And most importantly, I am just so disappointed in you guys. I trusted you, I came to you for my vehicle care and you did nothing but damage my vehicle and cost me thousands in unnecessary expenses. I came in with no issues, just simply trying to take good care of my vehicle and your neglect costed me so much more. Shame on you for taking advantage of me.
