Had an appointment for alignment tire rotation and oil change at 11 didn’t get my truck back until 3:30. They called me to tell me I need extra work done and then when I picked up my truck they only did an oil change and didn’t mention in the multiple phone calls that they couldn’t do any of my work and took 4 hours for an oil change…

I dropped off my truck for an alignment. I purposely turned my bass knob all the way down to make sure it was not messed with. Not only was my bass knob turned all the way up, but when I got in my truck and the Bluetooth didn’t connect how it always does, I looked at the setting and my phone was deleted. So I know for a fact they connected and tested the system out. Not only that, when I dropped it off I had a little under 3/4 tank. When I received the truck it was exactly at 1/2 which I know there is no way driving it from where I parked it into their bay wasted that much. To top it off my alignment was still very much off. Wouldn’t recommend the Firestone on post at all, go somewhere else.

How you gonna schedule an appointment and then when you get there because you’re slammed for accepting everybody else and tell a customer to come back? So you quick to sell a tire and hurry to get it on and get paid but you slow to get a tire fixed? Terrible service. Would not recommend -Marrylyn Likity soldier in the U.S Army

I had an emergency. My car’s alternator belts were torn and snapped, so I took it to get an estimate for the repair. When I returned, they informed me that the job was complete and attempted to charge me $500+ without my authorization. When I attempted to speak with the manager, he refused to listen. They then offered me two options: remove the belts or receive a discount. At that point, I felt robbed, but since the job was already done, I had no choice but to pay $383.15 to replace two belts for a job that could have been completed in 30 minutes. $293.99 for labor in a 2013 golf base model that’s insane. Thieves.

Bobby and David assisted me. both gentlemen were extremely attentive. Bobby was the one that initially helped me getting a tire on my truck when I had a massive flat he even when there is an error in the tire that was installed he immediately helped me out by setting up an appointment looking for a tire and then once he found the correct tire he actually set me up for an appointment that allowed me to get the new tire and that it was at no cost due to the fact that they installed the incorrect tire itself. Now, when dealing with Dylan, he was professional. He was prompt. I was a little late to my appointment and he took care of me right away. These guys have gone above and beyond to assist me and getting my vehicle back on the road properly and being able to do what it needs to get done so if you want five star service, go ahead and reach out to Firestone on four Bliss they’re off of Cassidy gate Road and you guys should really really try and jump in on these guys cause their prices are worth the assistance that they give you would 100% recommend

Called ahead to ask when I could get in for a state inspection at 1136. I was told car could be taken in to beinspected in 30 min. Arrived at 1204. Waited until 1240, vehicle still was not in for inspection. Went to Zenitram 2 minutes away and got inspected within seconds if my arrival. Definitely will not be using services here again.

I dropped my jeep off for oil change and inspection. I know they check everything. but to recommend air filters, fuel clean, and alignment check when I just got them done at my previous service seems crazy to me. I got an alignment that should still be under the 12-month warranty but you want to charge to check it? They also wanted to charge to turn off the tire pressure light which turned off automatically after putting air in the tires. So thats a scam. They did not give me a new sticker to know when my next service should be. And they did not reset the oil life on the jeep. Did they even change the oil? I wouldn't be surprised if I got charged for nothing to be honest. I also had breaks done there in sep and they are still squeaking at times. But the 2 times I took it back to be checked they said there is nothing wrong with them. I highly doubt IIl be back.

Avoid this Firestone on Fort Bliss – overcharged and dishonest I brought my car to this Firestone on Fort Bliss because my A/C was blowing air but not cold at all. They ran a diagnostic and told me I needed a brand-new compressor. They also claimed they found metal shavings inside it and would have to charge me extra, bringing the total to $2,560. I then took it to another shop and They found zero metal shavings, fixed the issue completely, and charged me a total of $1,400 — almost half the price. I am currently stationed here at Fort Bliss. It’s disgusting to think how many other service members and their families are probably getting ripped off at this location. We should be able to trust businesses here on or near post and This experience was unacceptable. I highly recommend staying far away from this Firestone on Fort Bliss. Save your money and try another shop.

First let me note I WILL NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE OF MINE TO ANY FIRESTONE LOCATION AGAIN! To close this fiasco out I contacted Firestone corporate who were no help. A note here you may want to inspect your car on a lift after their repairs. I guess that's how firestone dumps on their customers after you find a issue later. Lastly I guess the supposed "Area Manager" which is a title not a position never even gave a crap about getting back to me after corporate said they would. Also Robert (Manager) thanks for the (Blowing Smoke About this Issue) up my behind. See the pictures of my car. Recently had battery issues at this location performed maintenance for this issue. Now as previous damage goes I had two other locations not associated with this look at my reports and my maintenance logs and there was no previous damage noted on anything. My car battery sits behind the driver side fender behind the plastic wheel well. First of all after numerous battery replacements trouble shooting that I paid for that still has not fixed my issue I see this the other day when I was looking at my car. Yes that's a hole cut into my plastic fender wall, man made not normal wear and tear. I believe this was done to perform maintenance and battery replacement easier. The problem with this is the average idiot would know that those tires throwing water up through that hole directly on my battery is helping??. And the mechanics there or what is suppose to be would not know this. Funny thing is now I drive this vehicle cause before my daughter was using it the problem with the whole battery system is there's a loose wire at the fuse box. Batteries do not magically charge or start charging when you open and close the hood part. So with this latest fiasco I will never and I will never suggest you take anything to a Firestone dealer take it to a real dealer or a hole in the wall local garage guy here local El Paso. Lastly empty promises from the manager 1 month plus timeframe, about replacing this part if your willing in thought what does that say about "Fault"? I been around in the military for a few years to remember the old AFEES Tire shops much better places then this post facility of today.
