The staff here were amazing. Had an issue with a starter and they were able to take in our vehicle, had the starter in stock and had us back on the road same day. Major lifesaver as this was just after Thanksgiving! Thank you for the quick turnaround and even staying open slightly after your closing time so we were able to head over and pick up the vehicle!

I called and spoke with Josh (store manager) who was able to answer all my questions and concerns with great detail. Then he suggested I can just show up and if they have the availability he’d squeeze me in. I showed up and before I could send a few emails they had my vehicle service completed and remedied and me out the door. Great service with a smile!

I’ve maintained my mom’s car here the last 5 years, regular maintenance. The first major maintenance job it’s needed in 8 years just happened. I had an emergency situation after experiencing a blowout with a boat trailer tire driving down I-45. After safely navigating off the freeway I quickly googled tire stores to see if any were open nearby on a Sunday afternoon. Thank goodness for Firestone! I called and spoke with Doug, explained my situation, and he quickly confirmed that they could help. Within 10 mins of arriving he had me fixed up and ready to go. Doug and Trysten then went the extra mile and fixed my trailer fender which was damaged by the blowout and needed to be bent back into shape to avoid rubbing the new tire. These guys went above and beyond without blinking an eye and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Thank you Doug and Trysten for your outstanding customer service and positive attitude. The world needs more people like y’all!!
