My experience was awful. I went for an alignment, which took three hours and cost 268.90 dollars. Ridiculous and ever since then, the ride is not a quiet one, like before. Do not know how to describe the noise but it sure as hell was not there before I went there. After they parked the car, it took about 30 minutes to charge/rob me. All for a simple alignment. NEVER going back.

Last year I took my car because it was over heated, they changed some hoses because they were damaged never told me about the thermostat now I have the same problem. And they charge me 1,500 for labor only. Am so disappointed with their service 😞.

It's the only place I know that takes over 3 hours and $1000 for an oil change. I've been here twice but I won't be coming back. There are several other options that are much cheaper and quicker.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star if I could give zero, I would) I went in for a simple coolant flush and left with an oil leak — completely unacceptable. I waited over four hours, only to have my car returned in worse condition than when I brought it in. The service was not only slow but careless. Now I’m dealing with issues that weren’t there before. This experience felt like a complete scam. I will NEVER return, and I strongly advise others to stay away. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Had an appointment @5 and get called to come in early. I show up at 4 and they dont even look at the car until 5:15. What a waste of time. I just needed a break check. Im scared its just gonna be worse now that they touched it. Edit: went to another place the next morning, getting charged less than 1/5 THE PRICE. if you got cash to flush down the toilet go to firestone.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! So there's a saying...in an effort to save a dollar you'll spend a fortune....that was me. I should've just come here first. I had an AC issue for my Range Rover and I spent an embarrassing amount before I gave in and came here. With the other mechanics I got my condenser switched out, new hoses, and some plugs, all costing WAY too much. I came here. They identified the evap core as the issue and fixed it in less than 2 days!!!! The condenser took 3-4 WEEKS with the other mech, and one of the other procedures took a week and the hoses half a day. Do yourself a favor and just get it done right the first time. My AC is running better than it's ever have! The staff was awesome...and free coffee LOL

I have only used them for the lifetime alignment due to them being a little on the more expensive side. But it is nice on the alignment to get the printouts to show where you vehicle compares to the specs and to prove that some work was actually completed.

I had a flat tire and went to Firestone to have my tire replaced and have my car inspected. Spoke to Javier in the front and he was amazing. Very informative, helpful, polite, courteous and he did an amazing job. He was very helpful. I will definitely go back to this Firestone because of him. Thank you for al your help much appreciated.

If I could give a negative five stars I would first I brought my car in for a tire rotation which took 4 hours then the mechanic lost a bolt on the rim and didn’t say anything I found out when I was detailing the rims then I had them put in a water pump and when I brought it to them there was no leaks in the system not even the bad water pump so they they put in new water pump over pressurized the system when they were testing it and blew out the head gasket and blamed it on the radiator cap I looked at other people reviews that said there car came out of the shop worse than it went in and I agree seems to be a trend with these guy’s drumming up some business maybe?I wouldn’t let these guys work on my bicycle let alone my car

Can't keep appointments they set, because they're too busy taking walk ins, which is great, but you don't blow off appointments. Why even set the appointment, just to tell someone to come back in one hour? Then they fail to follow through with promised call-backs. Pertinent info is not disseminated and communication is almost zero. I'm sure their shop guys do good work, but the business end is very poorly managed.

Do not bring your vehicle here on a Sunday. There are only two technicians working, and the staff in the lobby start turning customers away around noon, saying the jobs are too time-consuming or complicated. They tell you to go somewhere else or come back on Monday. I came in for a simple alignment, and it took more than three hours. The staff seemed very disorganized, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.

I called the same day and got an appointment immediately. Wait time was only 5 minutes. They had great customer and communication, especially since I didn’t understand the issues with my vehicle. The best part about my visit was that, he quoted a way better price on my tire sensors here than the local Buick dealer.
